Diante disso, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo discorrer sobre os desafios do atendimento psicológico online à comunidade surda. Para isso, inicialmente realizamos um levantamento bibliográfico, de caráter exploratório, com a finalidade de sistematizar estudos pertinentes ao tema e ao objeto desta pesquisa. No segundo momento analisamos e categorizamos entrevistas de pesquisadoras da comunidade surda, que foram difundidas em sites públicos. Diante desta pesquisa, compreendemos a necessidade de profissionais bilíngues, que sejam capazes de acessar diretamente o material simbólico durante o processo terapêutico e que compreendam os modos particulares dos surdos vivenciarem suas experiências.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The deaf community faces specific difficulties and psychological suffering, a fact that requires careful attention on the part of psychology professionals. In view of this, the present work aims to discuss the challenges of online psychological care for the deaf community. For this, we initially carried out a bibliographic survey, of an exploratory nature, with the purpose of systematizing studies relevant to the theme and object of this research. In the second moment, we analyzed and categorized interviews of researchers from the deaf community, which were disseminated on public websites. In view of this research, we understand the need for bilingual professionals who are capable of directly accessing symbolic material during the therapeutic process and who understand the particular ways deaf people experience their experiences.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La comunidad sorda se enfrenta a dificultades y sufrimientos psíquicos específicos, hecho que requiere una cuidadosa atención por parte de los profesionales de la psicología. En vista de eso, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo discutir los desafíos de la atención psicológica en línea para la comunidad sorda. Para ello, inicialmente realizamos un levantamiento bibliográfico, de carácter exploratorio, con el propósito de sistematizar estudios pertinentes al tema y objeto de esta investigación. En el segundo momento, analizamos y categorizamos entrevistas de investigadores de la comunidad sorda, las cuales fueron difundidas en sitios web públicos. En vista de esta investigación, entendemos la necesidad de profesionales bilingües que sean capaces de acceder directamente al material simbólico durante el proceso terapéutico y que comprendan las formas particulares en que las personas sordas experimentan sus experiencias.]]></p></abstract>
