No Estado de Santa Catarina, o Currículo Base do Território Catarinense da Educação Infantil e do Ensino Fundamental, publicado em 2019, reafirma o caráter inclusivo da Educação Especial e destaca a justiça curricular como um de seus princípios. Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a noção de justiça curricular e sua interlocução com a Educação Especial, no âmbito do Currículo Base do Território Catarinense (2019). A pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa, teve como instrumento de produção de dados a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Os resultados mostram que a justiça curricular é um tema recente, havendo poucas pesquisas na área da educação, sobretudo da Educação Especial. A análise do Currículo Base do Território Catarinense evidenciou que a justiça curricular, mencionada apenas na seção voltada à Educação Especial do documento, aborda, para além da ideia de flexibilização curricular, uma perspectiva de currículo que se assenta em pressupostos de equidade, democracia e justiça social que podem contribuir para novas formas de pensar a Educação Especial.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Special education from the perspective of inclusive education hás guided the development of educational policies in Brazil since the first decade of the 2000s. In the State of Santa Catarina, the Base Curriculum of the Territory of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education, published in 2019, reaffirms the inclusive character of Special Education and highlights curricular justice as one of its principles. This article aims to discuss the notion of curricular justice and its relationship with Special Education, within the scope of the Currículo Base do Território Catarinense (2019). The research, based on a qualitative approach, had bibliographical and documental research as data production instruments. The results show that there is a lack of educational research about curricular justice, especially in the area of Special Education. The analysis of the Currículo Base do Território Catarinense (2019) showed that curricular justice, mentioned only in the section dedicated to Special Education of the document, addresses, in addition to the Idea of &#8203;&#8203;curricular flexibility, a curriculum perspective that is based on assumptions of equity, democracy and justice that can contribute to new ways of thinking Special Education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La Educación Especial desde la perspectiva de la educación inclusiva ha orientado el desarrollo de las políticas educativas desde la primera década del 2000 en Brasil. En el Estado de Santa Catarina, el Currículo Base del Territorio de Educación Infantil y Educación Básica, publicado en 2019, reafirma el carácter inclusivo de la Educación Especial y destaca la equidad curricular como uno de sus principios. Este artículo tiene como objetivo discutir la noción de justicia curricular y su interlocución con la Educación Especial, en el ámbito del Currículo Base del Territorio Catarinense (2019). La investigación, con enfoque cualitativo, utilizó la investigación bibliográfica y documental como instrumento de producción de datos. Los resultados muestran que la justicia curricular es un tema reciente, con poca investigación en el área de la educación, especialmente la Educación Especial. El análisis del Currículo Base del Territorio Catarinense mostró que la justicia curricular, mencionada sólo en la sección dedicada a la Educación Especial del documento, aborda, además de la idea de flexibilidad curricular, una perspectiva curricular que se fundamenta en supuestos de equidad, democracia y justicia que puedan contribuir a nuevas formas de pensar la Educación Especial.]]></p></abstract>
