Dentre os tipos específicos de violência, destaca-se neste estudo a violência praticada contra a pessoa deficiente, em contexto escolar, como uma das possibilidades a dificuldade da sociedade lidar com os diferentes. Assim como outros estudantes, os surdos são sujeitos passíveis de sofrerem bullying. Dessa forma, a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo geral verificar se o fenômeno bullying fez ou faz parte do cotidiano escolar de adolescentes surdos oralizados e usuários de aparelho auditivo de amplificação sonora individual, pacientes de um Serviço de Saúde Auditiva do Espírito Santo- ES. A amostra era composta de adolescentes com idades entre 12 e 18 anos. Estes responderam um formulário desenvolvido no Google Forms, composto por 40 questões, 1 aberta e 39 fechadas, organizadas em 3 sessões. Após a coleta, no que se refere aos aspectos quantitativos, os dados foram analisados por meio do software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versão 25 para Windows. A análise qualitativa foi encaminhada a partir dos três temas apresentados no formulário de coleta de dados. Estudos sobre a incidência de bullying indicam uma alta prevalência desse fenômeno em contexto escolar, porém, essa tendência não foi verificada no presente trabalho cuja amostra contemplou estudantes surdos. Acredita-se que a baixa incidência de bullying junto a amostra investigada pode ser devido ao número relativamente baixo de participantes surdos que aceitaram participar da pesquisa. Quando a prática de bullying foi mencionada, as formas de agressão mais frequentes foram a verbal, seguida da física e material, psicológica e o cyberbullying.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The bullying phenomenon is a complex and multidimensional subspecies of peer violence. Among the specific types of violence, this study highlights the violence practiced against the disabled person, in the school context, as one of the possibilities for society&#8217;s difficulty in dealing with the different.Like other students, deaf people are likely to be bullied. Thus, the present research has as general objective to verify if the bullying phenomenon was or is part of the daily school life of oralized deaf adolescents and users of hearing aids for individual sound amplification, patients of a Hearing Health Service in the State of Espirito Santo-ES. The sample consisted of adolescents aged between 12 and 18 years old. They answered a form developed on Google Forms, consisting of 40 questions, 1 open and 39 closed, organized into 3 sessions. After collection, regarding quantitative aspects, the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 for Windows. Qualitative analysis was forwarded from the three themes presented in the data collection form. Studies on the incidence of bullying indicate a high prevalence of this phenomenon in the school context however, this trend was not verified in the present study whose sample included deaf students. It is believed that the low incidence of bullying in the investigated sample may be due to the relatively low number of deaf participants who agreed to participate in the research. When bullying was mentioned, the most frequent forms of aggression were verbal, followed by physical and material, psychological and cyberbullying.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El fenómeno del acoso escolar es una subespecie de la violencia entre iguales compleja y multidimensional. Entre los tipos específicos de violencia, este estudio destaca la violencia practicada contra la persona discapacitada, en el contexto escolar, como una de las posibilidades de la sociedad para hacer frente a las diferentes. Al igual que otros estudiantes, es probable que las personas sordas están sujetas a la intimidación. Así, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo general verificar si el fenómeno del bullying fue o es parte de la vida escolar diaria de adolescentes sordos oralizados y usuarios de audífonos para amplificación individual de sonido, pacientes de un Servicio de Salud Auditiva en el Estado de Espirito Santo-ES. La muestra estuvo constituida por adolescentes com edades compreendidas entre los 12 y 18 años. Estos respondieron un formulario desarrollado en Google Forms, compuesto por 40 preguntas, 1 abierta y 39 cerrada, organizadas en 3 sesiones. Después de la recolección, en lo que respecta a los aspectos cuantitativos, los datos fueron analizados utilizando el Paquete Estadístico para Ciencias Sociales (SPSS) versión 25 para Windows. El análisis cualitativo se remitió a partir de los tres temas presentados en el formulario de recopilación de datos. Los estudios sobre la incidencia del bullying indican una alta prevalencia de este fenómeno en el contexto escolar, sin embargo, esa tendencia no fue verificada en el presente estudio cuya muestra incluyó a estudiantes sordos. Se cree que la baja incidencia de bullying en la muestra investigada pude deberse al número bajo de participantes sordos que aceptaran a participar en la investigación. Cuando se mencionó, el acoso escolar, las formas de agresión más frecuentes fueron la verbal, seguida del acoso físico y material, psicológico y cibernético.]]></p></abstract>
