Especificamente, busca-se compreender a inserção das tecnologias da informação e da comunicação na formação de educadores especiais, num curso na modalidade a distância, por meio da disciplina “Informática na Educação Especial”, bem como discutir a presença de uma racionalidade didática na formação desses docentes. Para tal, percorre-se um caminho investigativo vinculado à perspectiva pós-estruturalista, de inspiração foucaultiana. Na análise e na discussão dos dados, utiliza-se o material didático do curso em questão e algumas atividades desenvolvidas com os/as alunos/as, constituindo, por isso, as unidades analíticas: a) as tecnologias como um imperativo das políticas de governo na formação docente; b) as tecnologias para aprender; c) as tecnologias para a produção dos sujeitos da aprendizagem. Essas unidades analíticas permitem considerar as TICs aplicadas à educação, especialmente pelo entendimento de recursos metodológicos e de recursos tecnológicos, como uma racionalidade didática na formação docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This article investigates information and communication technologies (ICT) applied to Education as a didactic rationality in the education of teachers. Specifically, it seeks to comprehend the insertion of these Technologies in the education of special educators, on a Distance Education course, through the discipline “Information Technology in Special Education”, and to discuss the presence of a didactic rationality in the training of these teachers. An investigation is therefore carried out from a post-structural perspective, inspired by Foucault. In the analysis and discussion of the data, the didactic material of the course in question was used, and some activities developed by and with the students of the course, creating analytical units: a) technologies as an imperative of government policies on teacher education; b) learning technologies; and c) technologies for the production of learning subjects. These analytical units enable a consideration of ICTs applied to the education, especially through an understanding of methodological resources and technological resources, as a didactic rationality in the teachers’ education.]]></p></abstract>
