A investiga&#231;&#227;o, realizada com licenciandos da Universidade Federal da Para&#237;ba (UFPB), situa-se no &#226;mbito dos Estudos Culturais, mais precisamente no campo da Cultura Visual, compreendendo o visual como lugar de intera&#231;&#227;o social, no qual transitam enunciados conflitantes em meio a processos de identifica&#231;&#227;o. Os resultados alcan&#231;ados apontam para uma visualidade comum atrelada &#224; miss&#227;o docente vocacional. Junto a essa visualidade comum tamb&#233;m emergem outras que sinalizam um modo transgressor de ver e ver-se na doc&#234;ncia. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This paper aims to give visibility to the representations of teaching that are being built among degree students, in a context in which this profession is attributed with low social status and excess information/images that affect our ways of thinking, acting and learning. This research, conducted with students of Universidade Federal da Paraiba (UFPB), is in the field of Cultural Studies, specifically, the field of Visual Culture. Visual is understood as a place of social interaction, which covers conflicting statements, in processes of identification. The results confirm the existence of a common visuality, linked to the vocational teaching mission. Alongside this common visuality, others emerge, that signal a transgressive way of seeing and being seen in teaching.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este trabajo tiene por objetivo dar visibilidad a las representaciones de la docencia que estudiantes de los cursos de profesorado est&#225;n construyendo en un contexto de desvalorizaci&#243;n profesional y exceso de informaci&#243;n/im&#225;genes que afectan nuestros modos de pensar, aprender y actuar. La investigaci&#243;n, realizada con estudiantes de la Universidad Federal de Para&#237;ba (UFPB), se basa en los Estudios Culturales, m&#225;s precisamente en el campo de la Cultura Visual, por entender lo visual como un lugar de interacci&#243;n social por donde circulan enunciados conflictivos en medio a procesos de identificaci&#243;n. Los resultados apuntan hacia una visualidad com&#250;n que se relaciona con la misi&#243;n docente vocacional. Junto a esa visualidad com&#250;n tambi&#233;n emergen otras que indican un modo transgresor de ver y verse en la docencia. ]]></p></abstract>
