Este trabajo corresponde a la fase cualitativa inicial de un estudio mixto de tipo exploratorio, la cual se inici&#243; con la realizaci&#243;n de una exhaustiva revisi&#243;n documental de los aportes de destacados autores e instituciones sobre las competencias profesionales docentes, enfoc&#225;ndose espec&#237;ficamente en aquellas relativas a la evaluaci&#243;n, tanto de los aprendizajes de los estudiantes como de las propias pr&#225;cticas evaluativas. A partir de la revisi&#243;n te&#243;rica se determinaron cuatro tipos de competencias evaluativas (t&#233;cnica, metodol&#243;gica, participativa y personal) y se complementaron con los aportes de maestros de educaci&#243;n primaria en ejercicio, recogidos en dos grupos de discusi&#243;n. El instrumento fue validado por expertos en evaluaci&#243;n y en competencias docentes y posteriormente aplicado a una muestra piloto de profesores, procesos que permitieron generar un cuestionario v&#225;lido y de calidad para que el profesorado reflexione y se auto eval&#250;e en sus competencias evaluativas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo: O presente artigo descreve o processo seguido para a elabora&#231;&#227;o de um question&#225;rio de autopercep&#231;&#227;o das compet&#234;ncias avaliadoras dirigido a docentes de Ensino Fundamental do Chile. Este trabalho corresponde &#224; fase qualitativa inicial de um estudo misto de tipo explorat&#243;rio, a qual se iniciou com a realiza&#231;&#227;o de uma exaustiva revis&#227;o documental das contribui&#231;&#245;es de autores e institui&#231;&#245;es destacados sobre as compet&#234;ncias profissionais docentes, com um enfoque espec&#237;fico naquelas relacionadas com a avalia&#231;&#227;o, tanto das aprendizagens dos estudantes como das pr&#243;prias pr&#225;ticas avaliadoras. A partir da revis&#227;o te&#243;rica, determinaram-se quatro tipos de compet&#234;ncias avaliadoras (t&#233;cnica, metodol&#243;gica, participativa e pessoal) e se complementaram com as contribui&#231;&#245;es de professores de Ensino Fundamental em exerc&#237;cio, coletadas em dois grupos de discuss&#227;o. O instrumento foi validado por expertos em avalia&#231;&#227;o e em compet&#234;ncias docentes e posteriormente aplicado a uma mostra piloto de professores; processos que permitiram criar um question&#225;rio v&#225;lido e de qualidade para que os professores reflitam e se autoavaliem em suas compet&#234;ncias avaliadoras.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article describes the process of designing a questionnaire for primary school teachers in Chile, on the self-perception of evaluation skills. This work corresponds to the initial qualitative phase of a mix-method exploratory study, which began with a comprehensive literature review on the contributions of prominent authors and institutions on professional teaching skills, focusing specifically on those relating to the evaluation of students&#8217; learning and the evaluation of their own teaching practices. From the theoretical review, four types of evaluation skills were determined (technical, methodological, participative and staff). These were complemented by the contributions of practising primary school teachers, collected in two focus groups. The instrument was validated by experts in evaluation and teaching skills, and then applied to a pilot sample of teachers, a process that allowed us to generate a valid and quality questionnaire for teachers to reflect and evaluate their evaluation skills.]]></p></abstract>
