Foram analisados um conjunto de documentos institucionais divulgados anualmente, entre 2008 e 2014, por meio dos Relat&#243;rios de Gest&#227;o. Com base nestes dados, emergiram dois eixos interpretativos: o primeiro situa o Profocap como pol&#237;tica institucional para forma&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica; o segundo apresenta as a&#231;&#245;es desenvolvidas no &#226;mbito do Programa. Constatou-se que o Programa representa uma estrat&#233;gia para a constru&#231;&#227;o de espa&#231;os de forma&#231;&#227;o vinculados &#224;s necessidades de qualifica&#231;&#227;o dos processos de ensino e de aprendizagem e conclui-se sobre a necessidade de um triplo movimento: de ressignifica&#231;&#227;o dos entendimentos sobre a profiss&#227;o docente, sobre a forma&#231;&#227;o pedag&#243;gica e sobre os tempos e espa&#231;os de forma&#231;&#227;o.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The article analyzes the training experiences developed as part of the Continuing Education Program in the area of Educational - Profocap of the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG). It analyzes a set of institutional documents released annually from 2008 to 2014, in the form of Management Reports. Based on these data, two interpretive themes emerged: the first views Profocap as an institutional policy for teacher training; the second presents the actions carried out under the program. We note that the program is a strategy for the construction of training spaces linked to the need to improve the teaching and learning processes. We conclude that there is a need for a triple movement: a reinterpretation of the understandings of the teaching profession in relation to teacher training and the times and spaces of training.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El art&#237;culo analiza las experiencias de formaci&#243;n desarrolladas en el Programa de Formaci&#243;n Continuada en el &#193;rea Pedag&#243;gica- Profocap - de la Universidad Federal de Rio Grande - FURG. Se analizaron un conjunto de documentos institucionales liberados cada a&#241;o entre 2008 y 2014 a trav&#233;s de los Informes de Gesti&#243;n. Sobre la base de estos datos surgieron dos ejes interpretativos: el primero es el Profocap como pol&#237;tica institucional para la formaci&#243;n de los profesores; en el segundo se presentan las acciones realizadas en el marco del programa. Observamos que el programa es una estrategia para la construcci&#243;n de espacios de formaci&#243;n vinculados a las necesidades de cualificaci&#243;n de los procesos de ense&#241;anza y aprendizaje, y se sacan conclusiones sobre la necesidad de un triple movimiento: una reinterpretaci&#243;n de los entendimientos sobre la profesi&#243;n docente, sobre la formaci&#243;n pedag&#243;gica y acerca de los tiempos y espacios de formaci&#243;n.]]></p></abstract>
