Para o desenvolvimento deste estudo, utilizou-se como metodologia de pesquisa a abordagem qualitativa. Na busca de recuperar tais percep&#231;&#245;es dos discentes, a pesquisa bibliogr&#225;fica, a an&#225;lise documental e a pesquisa de campo formaram o conjunto de procedimentos investigativos. Ao t&#233;rmino da pesquisa, constatou-se que os alunos relacionam &#224; doc&#234;ncia com aspectos de infantiliza&#231;&#227;o e feminiza&#231;&#227;o. Outro ponto importante a ressaltar &#233; que o curr&#237;culo do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual de Londrina necessita de um novo olhar em rela&#231;&#227;o ao g&#234;nero e &#224; doc&#234;ncia, podendo assim contribuir para a forma&#231;&#227;o da leitura cr&#237;tica de mundo e da condi&#231;&#227;o humana dos estudantes do referido curso. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The present article aims to identify, through the statements of students of the Pedagogy Course of Universidade Estadual de Londrina, their perceptions in relation to gender and teaching. The methodology used in this study was the qualitative approach. Seeking to obtain these students&#8217; perceptions, bibliographic research, document analysis, and field research were used as investigative procedures. At the end of the research, it was verified that the students relate teaching with aspects of infantilization and feminization. Another important point to note is that the curriculum of the Pedagogy course of the Universidade Estadual de Londrina needs to take a new look at gender and teaching, and can contribute to the formation of the critical reading of the world and the human condition of the students of the course in question.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este art&#237;culo tiene como objetivo identificar, a trav&#233;s de los discursos de los alumnos del Curso de Pedagog&#237;a de la Universidad Estatal de Londrina, las percepciones que tienen en relaci&#243;n al g&#233;nero y a la docencia. Para desarrollar este estudio se utiliz&#243; como metodolog&#237;a de la investigaci&#243;n un enfoque cualitativo. Al tratar de recuperar tales percepciones de los estudiantes, la investigaci&#243;n bibliogr&#225;fica, el an&#225;lisis documental y la investigaci&#243;n de campo formaron el conjunto de los medios de investigaci&#243;n. Al final del estudio se constat&#243; que los estudiantes relacionan la docencia con aspectos de infantilizaci&#243;n y feminizaci&#243;n. Otro punto importante a destacar es que el plan de estudios del curso de Pedagog&#237;a de la Universidad Estatal de Londrina necesita lanzar una nueva mirada en relaci&#243;n al g&#233;nero y la docencia y, de esa manera, contribuir a la formaci&#243;n de una lectura cr&#237;tica del mundo y la condici&#243;n humana de los estudiantes de ese curso.]]></p></abstract>
