A pesquisa, de cunho qualitativo, foi desenvolvida a partir de entrevistas e envolveu, na instituição, estagiários, supervisores e a coordenadora de relação escola-empresa, e nas empresas, supervisores de estágio. Os resultados apontaram que a pedagogia fabril prioriza o comportamento compatível com o processo industrial implementado, em meio a situações reais e ritmos próprios da produção. Os estagiários são envolvidos em um processo de (con)formação mais precocemente do que os funcionários, muitas vezes, expostos à exploração e ao assédio. Em nossas conclusões, destacamos a necessidade de a instituição educativa propiciar situações que ponham em xeque a pedagogia fabril e de assumir o estágio como instância de formação sob sua responsabilidade, comprometida com a humanização.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article analyzes the manufactury pedagogy developed by flexible industries within the internship of students of a federal institution of Professional Education. The research of qualitative nature was developed from interviews involving, at the institution, trainees, supervisors and the coordinator of the relationship school-enterprise and, in companies, internship supervisors. The results show that the manufactury pedagogy prioritizes the development of the behavior compatible with the industrial process implemented in real situations and proper production rhythms. Interns are involved in a process of relay/training earlier than the employees, often exposed to exploitation and harassment. In our conclusions, we stress the need of the educational institution to provide situations that put at risk the manufacture pedagogy, what if the internship as training under its responsibility, compromised with humanization.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El artículo analiza la pedagogía fabril desarrollada por las empresas flexibles en el ámbito de las prácticas de estudiantes de una institución federal de Educación Profesional. La investigación, de cuño cualitativo, se realizó a partir de entrevistas, implicando, en la institución, a estudiantes en prácticas, a supervisores y a la coordinadora escuela-empresa y, en las empresas, a los supervisores de prácticas. Los resultados apuntan a que la pedagogía fabril prioriza el comportamiento compatible con el proceso industrial, en situaciones reales y ritmos propios de la producción. Los estudiantes son involucrados en un proceso de (con)formación y explotación más precozmente que los empleados. En nuestras conclusiones, destacamos la necesidad de que la institución educativa propicie situaciones que pongan en jaque la pedagogía fabril, asumiendo las prácticas como una instancia de formación bajo su responsabilidad, comprometida con la humanización.]]></p></abstract>
