Analisa as normativas exaradas pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação e problematiza as orientações pedagógicas para o ensino remoto frente às reais condições das unidades escolares para garantir o direito de acesso à escola e a uma educação de qualidade. Evidencia as contradições entre os propósitos declarados no discurso o&#64257;cial e a real preocupação dos órgãos centrais com as políticas de resultados que concorreram para a intensi&#64257;cação do trabalho dos pro&#64257;ssionais de educação sem, contudo, lograr mitigar o aprofundamento das desigualdades educacionais em meio ao contexto emergencial em decorrência da pandemia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article describes and discusses the strategies adopted by the municipal network of Santo André during the Covid-19 pandemic in the year 2020. It analyzes the regulations issued by the Municipal Department of Education and problematizes the pedagogical guidelines for remote teaching in the face of real conditions of school units to guarantee the right of access to school and quality education. It highlights the contradictions between the stated purposes in the o&#64259;cial discourse and the real concern of Organs central bodies with the policies of results that contributed to the intensi&#64257;cation of the work of education professionals without, however, managing to mitigate the deepening of educational inequalities in the midst of the emergency context in which as a result of the pandemic.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este artículo describe y discute las estrategias adoptadas por la red municipal de Santo André durante la pandemia de Covid-19 en el año 2020. Analiza las normas emitidas por la Secretaría Municipal de Educación y problematiza las orientaciones pedagógicas para la enseñanza a distancia en la cara de las condiciones reales de las unidades escolares para garantizar el derecho de acceso a la escuela ya una educación de calidad. Destaca las contradicciones entre los propósitos declarados en el discurso o&#64257;cial y la preocupación real de los órganos centrales de los órganos con las políticas de resultados que contribuyeron a la intensi&#64257;cación del trabajo de los profesionales de la educación sin, sin embargo, lograr mitigar la profundización de las desigualdades educativas en el en medio del contexto de emergencia en el que se encuentra a raíz de la pandemia.]]></p></abstract>
