Foi utilizada pesquisa documental e bibliográ&#64257;ca, acerca da temática, com o objetivo de identi&#64257;car as contribuições que as metodologias ativas podem desenvolver nos estudantes de Direito. Os resultados mostram que as metodologias ativas podem alterar, de forma signi&#64257;cativa, o ensino jurídico, para criar ambientes críticos e re&#64258;exivos que permitam, tanto a estudantes, quanto a professores dinamizarem o processo de ensino e aprendizagem durante a formação jurídica, contribuindo, também, com mudanças na realidade em que vivem.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article aims to analyze the active methodologies that can be used as didactic strategies in legal education, giving new meaning to traditional education, based on the role of the student and the mediating role that the teacher can assume. Documentary and bibliographic research on the subject was used in order to identify the contributions that active methodologies can develop in law students. The results show that active methodologies can signi&#64257;cantly change legal education, to create critical and re&#64258;ective environments that allow both students and teachers to streamline the teaching and learning process during legal education, also contributing to changes in reality in which they live. Keywords: UNESCO; mandatory registration; early childhood education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las metodologías activas que pueden ser utilizadas como estrategias didácticas en la educación jurídica, dando un nuevo signi&#64257;cado a la educación tradicional, a partir del rol del alumno y el rol mediador que puede asumir el docente. Se utilizó la investigación documental y bibliográ&#64257;ca sobre el tema con el &#64257;n de identi&#64257;car los aportes que las metodologías activas pueden desarrollar en los estudiantes de derecho. Los resultados muestran que las metodologías activas pueden cambiar signi&#64257;cativamente la educación jurídica, para crear entornos críticos y re&#64258;exivos que permitan tanto a estudiantes como a docentes agilizar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje durante la educación jurídica, contribuyendo también a cambios en la realidad en la que viven.]]></p></abstract>
