Partimos da consideração de que as questões interseccionais de raça e gênero atravessam a construção pessoal e profissional de mulheres negras em diferentes contextos sociais, caracterizando, assim, nosso problema de pesquisa, que é a (não) presença das mulheres negras nas universidades como outsiders. Propomos, portanto, refletir sobre a mulher negra na docência a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica de escopo em duas bases de dados brasileiras, utilizando as palavras-chave: &#8220;mulher negra&#8221; e &#8220;universidade&#8221; ou &#8220;academia&#8221; , com vistas a encontrar produções que contemplem as trajetórias e narrativas dessas mulheres, a fim de identificar as nuances identitárias, científicas, relacionais e institucionais que posicionam (ou não) docentes negras como produtoras de conhecimento válidos e influentes no meio em que se encontram. Dessa forma, foram inicialmente incluídos 25 artigos e, aplicando-se os critérios de exclusão, a amostra foi reduzida para oito artigos. Os resultados demonstram que, apesar da pouca quantidade de artigos encontrados e de circunstâncias desafiadoras enfrentadas por essas mulheres negras, suas presenças movimentaram a estrutura institucional em que se encontram, seja na constituição de perspectivas científicas interseccionais, seja na ruptura do ideal masculino, branco, pretensamente universal ligado ao padrão científico acadêmico.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The construction of this article is a collective achievement, orchestrated by a group of black women, who, through writing, get along. We start from the consideration that the intersectional issues of race and gender permeate the personal and professional construction of black women in different social contexts, thus characterizing our research problem, which is the (non) presence of black women in universities as outsiders. We therefore propose to reflect on black women in teaching based on a bibliographical review of scope in two Brazilian databases, using the keywords: &#8220;black woman&#8221; and &#8220;university&#8221; or &#8220;academy&#8221;, with a view to finding productions that contemplated the trajectories and narratives of these women, in order to identify the identity, scientific, relational and institutional nuances that position (or not) black teachers as producers of valid and influential knowledge in the environment in which they work. find. Therefore, 25 articles were initially included and, applying the exclusion criteria, the sample was reduced to eight articles. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen La construcción de este artículo es un logro colectivo, orquestado por un grupo de mujeres negras, que a través de la escritura se llevan bien. Partimos de la consideración de que las cuestiones interseccionales de raza y género permean la construcción personal y profesional de las mujeres negras en diferentes contextos sociales, caracterizando así nuestro problema de investigación, que es la (no) presencia de mujeres negras en las universidades como outsiders. Proponemos entonces reflexionar sobre las mujeres negras en la docencia a partir de una revisión bibliográfica de alcance en dos bases de datos brasileñas, utilizando las palabras clave: &#8220;mujer negra&#8221; y &#8220;universidad&#8221; o &#8220;academia&#8221;, con miras a encontrar producciones que contemplen las trayectorias y narrativas de estas mujeres, con el fin de identificar los matices identitarios, científicos, relacionales e institucionales que posicionan (o no) a los docentes negros como productores de conocimiento válido e influyente en el entorno en el que trabajan. encontrar.
