Toma como referencial os estudos de Barbosa, Foucault, Oliveira e Ostetto, qu e ajudam a identificar os tensionamentos e as ambiguidades relacionados às práticas desenvolvidas com as crianças em dois centros municipais de educação infantil, localizados em uma cidade de médio porte no interior do Paraná, no Sul do Brasil. Para a coleta de dados, foram realizadas observações e entrevistas semiestruturadas com oito professoras e duas gestoras. Foi possível reconhecer que as práticas docentes tendem a privilegiar atividades de controle e direção das crianças, com pouco espaço para o exercício e a construção da autonomia infantil, configurando-se em estratégias de governo dessa população.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The text discusses pedagogical practices in Early Childhood Education, it problematizes the curriculum from its inception, and it reflects on the extent to which methodological referrals lead to a meaningful participation of the children. It takes as reference the studies of Barbosa, Foucault, Oliveira and Ostetto, which help to identify tensions and ambiguities related to the practices carried with children in two municipal institutions of Early Childhood Education, located in a mid-sized city at the interior of Paraná, South of Brazil. To collect data, observations and semi-structured interviews were carried with 8 teachers and 2 managers. It was possible to recognize that the pedagogical practices tend to favor activities of control and direction of the children, with little space to exercising and the developing children's autonomy, which amounts to strategies to govern this population.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El texto discute las prácticas pedagógicas en la educación infantil, problematiza el currículo desde su implementación y reflexiona sobre en qué medida las referencias metodológicas conducen a una participación significativa de los niños. Toma como referencia los estudios de Barbosa, Foucault, Oliveira y Ostetto, que ayudan a identificar las tensiones y ambigüedades relacionadas con las prácticas desarrolladas con niños en 2 centros municipales de educación infantil, ubicados en una ciudad mediana en el interior de Paraná, en el sur de Brasil. Para la recolección de datos, se llevaron a cabo observaciones y entrevistas semiestructuradas con 8 profesoras y 2 gestoras. Fue posible reconocer que las prácticas docentes tienden a favorecer las actividades de control y dirección de los niños, con poco espacio para el ejercicio y la construcción de la autonomía infantil, que se configuran en estrategias de gobierno de esta población.]]></p></abstract>
