Utiliza-se a abordagem autobiográfica-narrativa e a análise de avaliação feita pelos estudantes acerca do processo de ensino-aprendizagem. As discussões são sustentadas por contribuições de pesquisadores da docência no ensino superior e pela abordagem sócio-histórica. Os resultados obtidos evidenciam que o estágio foi uma experiência significativa e de grande relevância para a formação de docentes universitários. Quanto à análise descritiva dos dados de avaliação dos estudantes, observa-se um valor significativo para a atuação do docente com ações reflexivas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This is a report on an internship experience for teaching improvement at a federal university. An autobiographical narrative approach and the analysis of the assessment produced by students regarding the teaching-learning process are employed. The discussions are supported by contributions from teaching researchers in higher education and by a socio-historical perspective. The results obtained attest that internship was a significant experience and of great relevance for the training of university teachers. As for the descriptive analysis of student evaluation data, we observe a significant value for the teacher's performance with reflective practices.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este es un informe referente a una experiencia de pasantía para el perfeccionamiento docente en una universidad federal. Se utiliza el enfoque autobiográfico-narrativo y el análisis de una evaluación que realizan los estudiantes sobre el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Las discusiones se sustentan en aportes de investigadores docentes en educación superior y en el enfoque sociohistórico. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la pasantía fue una experiencia significativa y de gran relevancia para la formación del profesorado universitario. En cuanto al análisis descriptivo de los datos de evaluación de los estudiantes, se encuentra un valor significativo para el desempeño del docente con acciones reflexivas.]]></p></abstract>
