Objetiva sua problematiza&#231;&#227;o e o faz inspirado nos estudos de orienta&#231;&#227;o foucaultiana, utilizando o discurso como conceito te&#243;rico-metodol&#243;gico. O exerc&#237;cio investigativo realizado, caracterizado como pesquisa de car&#225;ter documental, buscou pelas recorr&#234;ncias discursivas na materialidade analisada. Como superf&#237;cie anal&#237;tica est&#227;o os Projetos Pedag&#243;gicos Institucionais (PPIs) de universidades do Rio Grande do Sul. As an&#225;lises apresentadas se articulam em torno de argumenta&#231;&#245;es que fazem ver a constitui&#231;&#227;o singular de uma doc&#234;ncia que opera pelo agenciamento. Como conclus&#227;o, o texto apresenta que os discursos de uma racionalidade neoliberal trazem a l&#243;gica da empresa como refer&#234;ncia &#224;s Institui&#231;&#245;es de Ensino Superior (IES); mobilizam verdades sobre uma forma de doc&#234;ncia que refor&#231;am seu car&#225;ter interventivo, sistem&#225;tico, intervalar e intencional, com esfor&#231;os justificados pela produ&#231;&#227;o, como efeito, de sujeitos capazes de produzir efeitos porque potencializados pela educa&#231;&#227;o; um agenciamento que torna os sujeitos aptos a responder ao jogo econ&#244;mico. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract:  The article explores the formation of teaching in higher education considering the complexity of the present. It materializes its questioning and does that inspired by Foucaultian studies, using the discourse as a theoretical-methodological concept. The investigative exercise carried out, characterized as a documentary research, looked for the discursive recurrences at the analyzed materiality. As analytical area, there are the Institutional Pedagogical Projects of universities of Rio Grande do Sul. The presented analysis articulate articulated around arguments that show the singular constitution of a teaching that operates through the agency. As a conclusion, the text presents that discourses of a neoliberal rationality bring the logic of the company as a reference to IESs. They mobilize truths about a way of teaching which reinforces its interventional, systematic, interval and intentional character, with justified efforts by the production of individuals capable of producing effects just because enhanced by education; an agency that makes the individuals capable of responding to the economic game.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen:  El art&#237;culo explora la constituci&#243;n de la docencia en la educaci&#243;n superior considerando la complexidad del presente. Objetiva su problematizaci&#243;n y lo hace inspirado en los estudios de orientaci&#243;n foucaultiana, utilizando el discurso como concepto te&#243;rico-metodol&#243;gico. El ejercicio investigativo realizado, caracterizado como investigaci&#243;n de car&#225;cter documental, ha buscado las recurrencias discursivas en la materialidad analizada. Como superficie anal&#237;tica est&#225;n los Proyectos Pedag&#243;gicos Institucionales de universidades de Rio Grande do Sul. Los an&#225;lisis presentados se articulan alrededor de argumentaciones que hacen ver la constituci&#243;n singular de una docencia que opera por el agenciamiento. Como conclusi&#243;n, el texto presenta que los discursos de una racionalidad neoliberal traen la l&#243;gica de la empresa como referencia a las IES. Movilizan verdades sobre una forma de docencia que refuerza su car&#225;cter de intervenci&#243;n, sistem&#225;tico, de intervalos e intencional, con esfuerzos justificados por la producci&#243;n, como efecto de sujetos capaces de producir efectos porque potencializados por la educaci&#243;n. Un agenciamiento que torna a los sujetos aptos a responder al juego econ&#243;mico.]]></p></abstract>
