Caracteriza-se como um estudo exploratório de cunho teórico e faz parte de um conjunto de três projetos de pesquisa em nível de doutorado, realizados em uma universidade do Sul do Brasil, no período de 2017 a 2020. Ao contextualizarmos o atual momento do neoliberalismo no País e apresentarmos alguns fundamentos de uma formação humana e ética, acenamos aos desafios atuais presentes para consolidação de uma política educacional cujo horizonte seja a plena formação humana. Os estudos demonstram que a política educacional sob a perspectiva da formação humana, na atualidade, necessita garantir condições que articulem, no âmbito da escola, acesso aos conhecimentos científicos, criatividade e auto-organização dos sujeitos do processo pedagógico em sua totalidade.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In this essay, we discuss the relationship between education, human education and ethics in the context of orthodox neoliberalism, as well as some challenges presented to educational policy in Brazil. It is characterized as an exploratory study of a theoretical nature and is part of a set of three research projects at the doctoral level, carried out at a university in southern Brazil from 2017 to 2020. By contextualizing the current moment of neoliberalism in the country and presenting some foundations of a human and ethical formation, we point to the current challenges present for the consolidation of an educational policy whose horizon is full human formation. The studies show that educational policy from the perspective of human formation today needs to guarantee conditions that articulate, within the school, access to scientific knowledge, creativity and self-organization of the subjects of the pedagogical process in its entirety.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen En este ensayo, discutimos la relación entre la educación, la educación humana y la ética en el contexto del neoliberalismo ortodoxo, así como algunos desafíos presentados a la política educativa en Brasil. Se caracteriza por ser un estudio exploratorio de carácter teórico y forma parte de un conjunto de tres proyectos de investigación a nivel de doctorado, realizados en una universidad del sur de Brasil de 2017 a 2020. Al contextualizar el momento actual del neoliberalismo en el país y presentar algunos fundamentos de una formación humana y ética, señalamos los retos actuales presentes para la consolidación de una política educativa cuyo horizonte es la plena formación humana. Los estudios demuestran que la política educativa desde la perspectiva de la formación humana hoy en día necesita garantizar condiciones que articulen, dentro de la escuela, el acceso al conocimiento científico, la creatividad y la auto-organización de los temas del proceso pedagógico en su totalidad.]]></p></abstract>
