Considerando o livro didático como um dos recursos fundamentais em qualquer disciplina &#8211; por ser um dos meios de maior acesso tanto do professor quanto do aluno &#8211; e as modificações necessárias após a implementação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), este artigo foi realizado com o objetivo de analisar as mudanças relacionadas à abordagem da função seno presente em um dos livros didáticos de Matemática aprovados no Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD) 2021 em comparação com um dos aprovados no PNLD 2018. Para tanto, foi adotada a Teoria Antropológica do Didático (TAD) e a Análise Institucional para averiguar os objetos de pesquisa selecionados. Com isso, foi possível perceber sutis alterações na abordagem teórica, enquanto as mudanças nas questões foram mais notórias.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article emerged from discussions in the discipline of 'Textbook on Science and Mathematics Teaching' from a graduate program in Science and Mathematics Teaching. Considering the textbook as one of the fundamental resources in any discipline because it is one of the means of greater access for both the teacher and the student, and the necessary modifications after the implementation of the National Common Curricular Base, this article was carried out with the objective of to analyze the changes related to the sine function approach present in one of the mathematics textbooks approved in the PNLD 2021 compared to one of the mathematics textbooks approved in the PNLD 2018. For this purpose, the Anthropological Theory of Didactics and Institutional Analysis were adopted to analyze selected search objects. With this, it was possible to perceive subtle changes in the theoretical approach, while the changes in the questions were more noticeable.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo surgió de discusiones en la disciplina de 'Libro de texto de Enseñanza de las Ciencias y las Matemáticas' del programa de posgrado en Enseñanza de las Ciencias y las Matemáticas. Considerando el libro de texto como uno de los recursos fundamentales en cualquier disciplina por ser uno de los medios de mayor acceso tanto para el docente como para el estudiante, y las necesarias modificaciones luego de la implementación de la Base Curricular Común Nacional, este artículo se realizó con el objetivo de analizar los cambios relacionados con el enfoque de la función seno presente en uno de los libros de texto de matemáticas aprobados en el PNLD 2021 en comparación con uno de los libros de texto de matemáticas aprobados en el PNLD 2018. Para ello, la Teoría Antropológica de la Didáctica y el Análisis Institucional fueron adoptados para analizar objetos de búsqueda seleccionados. Con esto, fue posible percibir cambios sutiles en el enfoque teórico, mientras que los cambios en las preguntas fueron más notorios.]]></p></abstract>
