Do ponto de vista teórico-metodológico, optamos por uma abordagem fenomenológica interpretativa com base nos pressupostos da pesquisa histórica, qualitativa compreensiva tendo como técnica entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas e como método de apresentação de resultados a narrativa. Simultaneamente, servimo-nos do recurso ao relato (auto)biográfico, por meio das recordações das experiências e vivências como policial mirim na instituição, como revelador das relações (o capital social). Como resultados, o recurso ao relato autobiográfico mostrou ser um processo importante de autoformação, ao permitir a análise crítica dos processos vividos, no jogo de espelhos com a visão de todos os outros.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este estudio tiene como objetivo comprender el sentido y el significado que los actores atribuyen a la Fundación de Amparo al Menor (Fundación de Apoyo al Menor) y comprender la importancia de la "Polícia Mirim" (Policía Joven), como proyecto de formación, en la vida de estos actores y en la historia de vida de la institución. Desde el punto de vista teórico-metodológico, optamos por un abordaje fenomenológico interpretativo basado en los presupuestos de la investigación histórica, un abordaje cualitativo comprensivo utilizando entrevistas individuales semiestructuradas como técnica y la narrativa como método de presentación de los resultados. Al mismo tiempo, utilizamos relatos (auto)biográficos, a través de recuerdos de experiencias como policía infantil en la institución, para revelar las relaciones (capital social). Como resultado, el uso de relatos autobiográficos resultó ser un importante proceso de autoeducación, ya que nos permitió analizar críticamente los procesos vividos, en un juego de espejos con la visión de los demás.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aims to understand the meaning and significance that the actors attribute to the Fundação de Amparo ao Menor (Foundation for the Support of Minors) and to understand the importance of the "Polícia Mirim" (Young Police), as a training project, in the lives of these actors and in the life history of the institution. From a theoretical-methodological point of view, we opted for an interpretative phenomenological approach based on the assumptions of historical research, a comprehensive qualitative approach using semi-structured individual interviews as the technique and narrative as the method for presenting the results. At the same time, we used (auto)biographical accounts, through memories of experiences as a child police officer in the institution, to reveal relationships (social capital). As a result, the use of autobiographical accounts proved to be an important process of self-education, allowing for a critical analysis of the processes experienced, in a game of mirrors with everyone else's vision.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Cette étude vise à comprendre le sens et la signification que les acteurs attribuent à la Fundação de Amparo ao Menor (Fondation pour le soutien aux mineurs) et à comprendre l'importance de la "Polícia Mirim" (Jeune police), en tant que projet de formation, dans la vie de ces acteurs et dans l'histoire de la vie de l'institution. D'un point de vue théorique et méthodologique, nous avons opté pour une approche phénoménologique interprétative basée sur les hypothèses de la recherche historique, une approche qualitative globale utilisant des entretiens individuels semi-structurés comme technique et la narration comme méthode de présentation des résultats. En même temps, nous avons utilisé des récits (auto)biographiques, à travers des souvenirs d'expériences en tant qu'enfant policier dans l'institution, pour révéler les relations (capital social). Par conséquent, l'utilisation de récits autobiographiques s'est avérée être un processus important d'auto-éducation, car elle nous a permis d'analyser de manière critique les processus que nous avons vécus, dans un jeu de miroir avec la vision de tous les autres.]]></p></abstract>
