N&#227;o se trataria de demonstrar a transi&#231;&#227;o autom&#225;tica de uma forma de poder a outra, mas de identificar suas poss&#237;veis g&#234;neses e apontar as transforma&#231;&#245;es ocorridas no fortalecimento de uma teologia de caracter&#237;sticas cada vez mais pedag&#243;gicas e num enquadramento institucional de que assumia um vi&#233;s pastoral e asc&#233;tico.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[In this paper, we analyze two papal encyclicals pontificates of the century XIX, proposing to demonstrate how that among the various practices of Catholicism, which prioritized the school based missionary, apostolic and disciplinary body of religious - and, subsequently, the Catholic believers themselves - was the predominant, assuming the role of regenerating the Church and the main form of exercise of power over their church in contemporary populations. It would not be showing the automatic transition from one form of power to the other, but to identify its possible genesis point and the changes in the strength of a theology of features increasingly in educational and institutional framework that assumed a pastoral and ascetic bias.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[En este art&#237;culo, investigaremos enc&#237;clicas papales de dos pontificados del siglo XIX, proponi&#233;ndose demonstrar como que entre las varias pr&#225;cticas existentes de catolicismo, la que eligi&#243; la escolarizaci&#243;n de base misionaria, apost&#243;lica y disciplinar del cuerpo de religiosos - y, posteriormente, de los fieles - fue la preponderante, asumiendo el papel de regeneradora de la Iglesia y de principal forma de ejercicio del poder eclesial sobre sus poblaciones en la contemporaneidad. No se trata de demonstrar la transici&#243;n autom&#225;tica de una forma de poder a otra, sino de identificar sus posibles g&#233;nesis y se&#241;alar las transformaciones que ocurrieron en el fortalecimiento de uma teolog&#237;a de caracter&#237;sticas cada vez m&#225;s pedag&#243;gicas y en um enfoque institucional, asumiendo formas pastorales y asc&#233;ticas.]]></p></abstract>
