Este artigo &#233; fruto de uma pesquisa realizada junto ao Servi&#231;o de Educa&#231;&#227;o Infantil do Hospital Universit&#225;rio da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (GON&#199;ALVES, 2014). A referida Resolu&#231;&#227;o, na medida em que normatiza, interfere substancialmente no contexto de desenvolvimento social e organizacional da unidade de educa&#231;&#227;o infantil, uma vez que apresenta uma contradi&#231;&#227;o sobre o papel social da universidade, ou seja, ao mesmo tempo em que a universidade como institui&#231;&#227;o social, no geral, deve atender a toda a comunidade em que est&#225; inserida, no singular, ela poder&#225; negar este atendimento por desconhecer a peculiaridade de exist&#234;ncia desta unidade educativa. A Resolu&#231;&#227;o desconsidera que as unidades de educa&#231;&#227;o infantil ligadas &#224;s universidades federais constru&#237;ram, ao longo de suas trajet&#243;rias, as mais diversas formas de organiza&#231;&#227;o administrativa e pedag&#243;gica, de acordo com as demandas apresentadas em cada contexto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article aims at understanding the challenges and prospects of the development process of a unit for early childhood education from the approval of the CNE / CEB Resolution No. 01/2011 (BRASIL, 2011). This article is the result of a survey conducted by the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University Hospital of the Federal University of Santa Catarina (GON&#199;ALVES, 2014). Due to its regulation, the Resolution substantially interferes in the context of social and organizational development of the unit of early childhood education, since it features a contradiction as to the university&#8217;s social role, that is, at the same time the university, as a social institution, must serve the community in which it operates, it denies this service by ignoring the uniqueness of existence of this educational unit. The resolution ignores the fact that early childhood education units linked to federal universities have built along their trajectories the most diverse forms of administrative and educational organization, according to the demands of each context.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este art&#237;culo tiene como objetivo entender los retos y perspectivas del proceso de desarrollo de la unidad de la educaci&#243;n de los ni&#241;os a partir de la aprobaci&#243;n de la Resoluci&#243;n CNE / CEB N. 01/2011 (BRASIL, 2011). Este art&#237;culo es el resultado de una encuesta realizada por el Departamento de Educaci&#243;n de la Primera Infancia del Hospital Universitario de la Universidad Federal de Santa Catarina (GON&#199;ALVES, 2014). En la medida en que la resoluci&#243;n estandariza, ella interfiere sustancialmente en el contexto del desarrollo social y organizativo de la unidad de educaci&#243;n de la primera infancia, ya que cuenta con una contradicci&#243;n sobre el papel social de la universidad, es decir, al mismo tiempo que la universidad como instituci&#243;n social, en general, debe servir la comunidad en la que opera, en singular puede negar este servicio al ignorar la singularidad de la existencia de esta unidad educativa. La resoluci&#243;n ignora el hecho de que las unidades de educaci&#243;n infantil vinculadas a las universidades federales construir&#225;n a lo largo de sus trayectorias las m&#225;s diversas formas de organizaci&#243;n administrativa y pedag&#243;gica, de acuerdo a las demandas que se presentan en cada contexto.]]></p></abstract>
