Foram participantes do estudo 112 supervisores de &#225;rea de diferentes projetos e institui&#231;&#245;es de ensino superior do Estado de Minas Gerais. Para a coleta de informa&#231;&#245;es, foi disponibilizado um question&#225;rio on-line, composto por quest&#245;es que investigaram aspectos positivos e ainda dificultadores do programa nas considera&#231;&#245;es da forma&#231;&#227;o continuada. Por meio de an&#225;lise qualitativa das respostas, foi poss&#237;vel categorizar que as positividades do programa impactam a revis&#227;o te&#243;rica e metodol&#243;gica dos professores em exerc&#237;cio, assim como potencializam a pr&#225;tica de pesquisa e investiga&#231;&#227;o no/do cotidiano escolar. No entanto, quanto aos desafios, pode ser deflagrado que uma das car&#234;ncias do programa &#233; situar-se no campo intermedi&#225;rio da universidade e da escola, sem que esteja efetivamente contemplado em an&#225;lises curriculares dos cursos, ou esteja situado no cen&#225;rio integral da escola, o que parece n&#227;o alterar, realmente, o formato dicot&#244;mico que historicamente sustentam a forma&#231;&#227;o e a atua&#231;&#227;o docente no pa&#237;s.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In order to discuss what the actual impact on the teacher professionalization, included in the Institutional Scholarship Program Introduction to Teaching (Pibid), this study launched to characterize the possibilities and challenges of continuing education offered by Pibid supervisors teacher program area. Were the study participants 112 supervisor&#8217;s area of different projects and higher education institutions in the state of Minas Gerais. For the collection of information was made available an online questionnaire containing questions that investigated positive and still hindering the program in consideration of continuing education. Through qualitative analysis of the responses, it was possible to categorize the program positivities impact on the theoretical and methodological review of practicing teachers, as well as leverage the practice of research and investigation into/from school everyday. However, as the challenges can be triggered one of the program&#8217;s shortcomings is be in the middle ground of the university and the school, without being effectively covered in curricular analysis of the courses, or is within the full set of school, that does not seem to change effectively, the dichotomous format that historically support the training and teaching activities in the country.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Con el fin de discutir lo que el impacto real sobre la profesionalizaci&#243;n docente, incluido en el Programa de Beca Institucional Introducci&#243;n a la Ense&#241;anza (PIBID), puesto en marcha este estudio para caracterizar las posibilidades y desaf&#237;os de la educaci&#243;n continua ofrecida por PIBID supervisores maestro &#225;rea del programa. Fueron los participantes en el estudio, &#225;rea de 112 supervisores de diferentes proyectos e instituciones de educaci&#243;n superior en el estado de Minas Gerais. Para la recogida de informaci&#243;n se puso a disposici&#243;n un cuestionario en l&#237;nea que contiene preguntas que investigaron positivo y todav&#237;a obstaculizar el programa en la consideraci&#243;n de la educaci&#243;n continua. A trav&#233;s del an&#225;lisis cualitativo de las respuestas fue posible categorizar el impacto positividades del programa sobre el examen te&#243;rico y metodol&#243;gico de los profesores en ejercicio, as&#237; como la influencia de la pr&#225;ctica de la investigaci&#243;n y la investigaci&#243;n en / de la escuela todos los d&#237;as. Sin embargo, como los desaf&#237;os que puede ser activado una de las deficiencias del programa es estar en el punto medio de la universidad y la escuela, sin estar cubierto con eficacia en el an&#225;lisis curricular de los cursos, o est&#225; dentro de todo el conjunto de la escuela, eso no parece cambiar de manera efectiva, el formato dicot&#243;mico que hist&#243;ricamente apoyar las actividades de formaci&#243;n y ense&#241;anza en el pa&#237;s.]]></p></abstract>
