A trajet&#243;ria do ProJovem Urbano constitui-se em um interessante caso para analisar a natureza, os sentidos e as transforma&#231;&#245;es das pr&#225;ticas educativas voltadas aos jovens das classes trabalhadoras no Brasil das &#250;ltimas d&#233;cadas. Programas educativos que inspiraram o ProJovem Urbano s&#227;o, inicialmente, casos exemplares da forma&#231;&#227;o do campo das pr&#225;ticas socioeducativas no Brasil e da sua rela&#231;&#227;o com a educa&#231;&#227;o n&#227;o formal e a assist&#234;ncia social. Posteriormente, s&#227;o exemplos tamb&#233;m do esvaziamento da n&#227;o formalidade que, em princ&#237;pio, se esbo&#231;ou nesse campo. Finalmente, o ProJovem Urbano busca caracterizar-se como uma a&#231;&#227;o vinculada &#224; EJA (Educa&#231;&#227;o de Jovens Adultos), voltada &#224; certifica&#231;&#227;o do Ensino Fundamental e a cursos de forma&#231;&#227;o profissional. Atualmente, o ProJovem Urbano torna-se caso exemplar da variedade, fragmenta&#231;&#227;o, instabilidade e mesmo irregularidade dos m&#250;ltiplos programas voltados &#224; EJA.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The article analyzes the meanings and format changes that have occurred in the educational program called ProJovem Urbano, which is proposed by the Public Policy of Youth, and this is done through a literature study of specific documents and case study. The trajectory of ProJovem Urbano is in an interesting case to analyze the nature, the senses and the transformation of educational practices aimed at young people of the working classes in Brazil in recent decades. Initially, the educational programs that inspired the ProJovem Urbano are exemplary cases of the formation of the field of socio-educational practices in Brazil and its relation to non-formal education and social assistance. Subsequently, they are also examples of not emptying the formality that, at first, was drafted in this field. Finally, the ProJovem Urbano be characterized as a linked action to Young Adult Education, focused on the certification of primary education and vocational training courses. Currently, the ProJovem Urban becomes exemplary case of variety, fragmentation, instability and even irregularity of multiple programs focused on Youth and Adult Education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este art&#237;culo analiza los sentidos y los cambios que se produjeron en el programa de educaci&#243;n llamado ProJovem Urbano, que es propuesto por Pol&#237;ticas P&#250;blicas de la Juventud y lo hace por medio de estudio de la literatura, documentos espec&#237;ficos y estudio de caso. La trayectoria de ProJovem Urbano es un caso interesante para analizar la naturaleza y el significado de las pr&#225;cticas educativas dirigidas a los j&#243;venes de las clases trabajadoras en Brasil en las &#250;ltimas d&#233;cadas, as&#237; como sus transformaciones a trav&#233;s del tiempo. Los programas educativos que inspiraron lo ProJovem Urbano son inicialmente casos ejemplares de la formaci&#243;n del campo de las pr&#225;cticas socio-educativas en Brasil y su relaci&#243;n con la educaci&#243;n no formal y la asistencia social. Posteriormente, tambi&#233;n son ejemplos de disminuci&#243;n de la formalidad de que, al principio, fue elaborado en este campo. Por &#250;ltimo, el ProJovem Urbano es caracterizado como una acci&#243;n vinculada a EJA (Educaci&#243;n de J&#243;venes y Adultos), que se centr&#243; en la certificaci&#243;n de la educaci&#243;n primaria y de cursos de formaci&#243;n profesional. Actualmente, el ProJovem Urbano se convierte en caso ejemplar de la variedad, la fragmentaci&#243;n, la inestabilidad e incluso irregularidad de varios programas centrados en la educaci&#243;n de j&#243;venes y adultos.]]></p></abstract>
