Apresentam-se resultados de uma pesquisa sobre o Programa Um Computador por Aluno (PROUCA) e as reflexões teóricas em desenvolvimento de outra pesquisa sobre inclusão digital de idosos e pessoas com baixo letramento. Os dados empíricos do PROUCA são apresentados a partir de cinco categorias de análise. A autora defende a necessidade de criar uma política cultural da diferença, na qual a inclusão tenha caráter multidimensional, como um imperativo de reconstrução social.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The text has the purpose of showing how inclusion policies are fragmented, reflects on the paradox of these policies and shows details of one of them. Are presented results of a research program on the One Laptop per Student (PROUCA) and theoretical reflections on the development of another research digital inclusion of older people and people with low literacy. Empirical data from PROUCA are presented from five categories of analysis. The author defends the need to create a cultural politics of difference, in which inclusion has multidimensional, as an imperative of social reconstruction.]]></p></abstract>
