Foi desenvolvida uma revisão da literatura perpassando pela identificação de descritores, seleção das bases de dados, busca dos artigos, análise, síntese e discussão das informações. A pesquisa mostrou que a implementação dos preceitos legais da acessibilidade pedagógica e atitudinal se dão a partir do movimento de influência, mudanças nos valores, percepções e práticas pedagógicas. Por fim, é necessário ampliar esses princípios como forma de contribuir com o percurso formativo destes estudantes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This research aims to investigate the challenges faced by students with disabilities in higher education regarding barriers to access, persistence, and completion of studies, as well as institutional actions aimed at their academic success. A literature review was conducted, including the identification of descriptors, selection of databases, search for articles, analysis, synthesis, and discussion of information. The research showed that the implementation of legal principles of pedagogical and attitudinal accessibility arises from the movement of influence, changes in values, perceptions, and pedagogical practices. Finally, it is necessary to expand these principles in order to contribute to the formative journey of these students.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Esta investigación tiene como objetivo comprender sobre los desafíos que enfrentan los estudiantes con discapacidad en la Educación Superior, en lo que respecta a las barreras para el acceso, la permanencia y la conclusión de los estudios, así como las acciones de las instituciones destinadas a su éxito académico. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura que incluyó la identificación de descriptores, selección de bases de datos, búsqueda de artículos, análisis, síntesis y discusión de información. La investigación mostró que la implementación de los preceptos legales de accesibilidad pedagógica y actitudinal se produce a partir del movimiento de influencia, cambios en los valores, percepciones y prácticas pedagógicas. Por último, es necesario ampliar estos principios como forma de contribuir al recorrido formativo de estos estudiantes.]]></p></abstract>
