Este artigo apresenta a defesa de uma educa&#231;&#227;o infantil sem vigiar e sem punir, a favor do resgate da liberdade de ter experi&#234;ncias singulares na inf&#226;ncia. Para tanto, apresenta uma pesquisa em documentos das diretrizes para as escolas municipais de Sorocaba, SP, em que implantaram, em 2008, uma ficha de avalia&#231;&#227;o na educa&#231;&#227;o infantil em concord&#226;ncia a um Programa de Gest&#227;o de Excel&#234;ncia. Foram envolvidos nesse programa, diretores de escola, equipe gestora para treinar e estabelecer as metas e instrumento de avalia&#231;&#227;o dos alunos, crian&#231;as. Os resultados dessa an&#225;lise confrontam o discurso empresarial com o cotidiano escolar, e apontam para um desvio de fun&#231;&#227;o da escola, que deveria oportunizar experi&#234;ncias e apoiar a crian&#231;a nas suas descobertas, para o controle e estabelecimento de metas que as rotulam e controlam.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The evaluation in the school context represents a device of power, independent of its instruments and or speeches that point to improvement of teaching, efficiency, among other arguments, yet, the evaluation especially in the education of children is a form of control. This article presents the defense of a child education without vigilance and without punishment, in agree of the rescue of the freedom to have singular experiences in childhood. In order to do so, it presents a survey on the guidelines for municipal schools in Sorocaba, SP, in which they implemented in 2008, an evaluation form in early childhood education in accordance with an Excellence Management Program. They were involved in this program, school directors, management team to train and establish the goals and instrument of evaluation of students, children. The results of this analysis confronts business discourse with daily school life, and points to a deviation from school function, which should provide experiences and support the child in his discoveries, for the control and establishment of goals that labels and controls them.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: La evaluaci&#243;n en el contexto escolar representa un dispositivo de poder, independiente de sus instrumentos y/o discursos que apuntan a la mejora de la ense&#241;anza, la eficiencia, entre otros argumentos, pero la evaluaci&#243;n en especial en la educaci&#243;n infantil es una forma de control. Este art&#237;culo presenta la defensa de una educaci&#243;n infantil sin vigilar y sin castigar, a favor del rescate de la libertad de tener experiencias singulares en la infancia. Para ello, presenta una investigaci&#243;n en documentos de las directrices para las escuelas municipales de Sorocaba, SP, en que implantaron en 2008, una ficha de evaluaci&#243;n en la educaci&#243;n infantil e en concordancia a un Programa de Gesti&#243;n de Excelencia. En este programa, directores de escuela, equipo de gesti&#243;n para entrenar y establecer las metas y instrumento de evaluaci&#243;n de los estudiantes, ni&#241;os. Los resultados de este an&#225;lisis se enfrenta el discurso empresarial con el cotidiano escolar, y apunta a un desv&#237;o de funci&#243;n de la escuela, que deber&#237;a oportunizar experiencias y apoyar al ni&#241;o en sus descubrimientos, para el control y establecimiento de metas que las rotula y controla.]]></p></abstract>
