Ancora-se na literatura que discute formação de professores e narrativas como estratégia didático-formativa e investigativa. Busca-se problematizar experiências vivenciadas no estágio-docência mediante a utilização de casos de ensino, resgatando o sujeito ator para, posteriormente, ressignificar essa produção de conhecimentos e reconstruí-la. As aprendizagens narradas pelos mestrandos nos possibilitam ver a potencialidade tanto para a formação docente quanto para a prática profissional, entrelaçadas a um contexto específico de formação inicial e continuada, considerando que há indiscutivelmente um enriquecimento de perspectiva no paradigma sobre a formação de professores, transformando-se em vivências indispensáveis na formação dos mestrandos em Educação. Igualmente, evidencia que a estratégia utilizada provocou, desestabilizou e propiciou a superação dos modelos educativos ainda resistentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article addresses reflective results on didactic strategies aimed at inquiry, reflection, and investigation, enhancing the formative process with a focus on the teaching internship in the Master of Education course. It is anchored in the literature that discusses teacher education and narratives as a didactic-formative and investigative strategy. We seek to problematize experiences lived in the teaching internship through the teaching cases&#8217; use, rescuing the actor subject to later resignify this production of knowledge and rebuild it. The learning narrated by the academics allows us to see the potential for both teacher education and professional practice, intertwined with a specific context of initial and continuing education, considering that there is undoubtedly an enrichment of perspective in the paradigm about teacher education, becoming indispensable experiences in the formation of Master&#8217;s students in Education. We also show that the strategy used provoked, destabilized, and led to overcoming the educational models that are still resistant.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo aborda resultados reflexivos sobre estrategias didácticas dirigidas a la indagación, la reflexión y la investigación, potenciando el proceso formativo con un enfoque en la pasantía docente en el curso de Maestría en Educación. Se basa en la literatura que discute la formación docente y las narrativas como una estrategia didáctico-formativa e investigativa. Se busca problematizar experiencias vividas en la pasantía docente a través del uso de casos de enseñanza, rescatando el sujeto actor para, posteriormente, resignificar esta producción de conocimiento y reconstruirla. El aprendizaje narrado por los académicos nos permite ver el potencial tanto para la formación docente como para la práctica profesional, entrelazadas con un contexto específico de educación inicial y continua, considerando que sin duda existe un enriquecimiento de perspectiva en el paradigma sobre la formación docente, convirtiéndose en experiencias indispensables en la formación de los estudiantes de Maestría en Educación. También mostramos que la estrategia utilizada provocó, desestabilizó y llevó a superar los modelos educativos que aún son resistentes.]]></p></abstract>
