Diante do exposto, analisamos as pesquisas dos intelectuais Guarani e Kaiowá de Mato Grosso do Sul, realizadas em diferentes instituições de ensino, buscando observar como os saberes indígenas escapam da ordem ocidental, ao se desenvolver e se sistematizar a partir das suas próprias cosmologias e epistemologias, negociando e traduzindo em uma relação outra, ao transitar nos &#8220;entre-lugares&#8221; e, assim, cumprir os rituais acadêmicos orientados pelos saberes universais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In this text, we seek to understand how indigenous knowledge is related to Western knowledge in the academic area, an area that still has a lot of Western formatting. Considering the above, we analyzed the research of the Guarani and Kaiowá intellectuals of Mato Grosso do Sul, carried out in different educational institutions, seeking to observe how indigenous knowledge escapes from the western order, as it develops, developing and systematizing itself from the their own cosmologies and epistemologies, negotiating and translating into another relationship, when transiting in the &#8220;between-places&#8221; and, thus, fulfilling the academic rituals guided by universal knowledge.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen En este texto, intentamos comprender como los saberes indígenas se relacionan con los saberes occidentales en el campo académico, un campo que aún posee mucho del formato occidental. Delante de lo expuesto, analizamos las investigaciones de los intelectuales Guaraní y Kaiowá de Mato Grosso do Sul, realizadas en diferentes instituciones educacionales, buscando observar como los saberes indígenas escapan del orden occidental, al desarrollarse y sistematizarse a partir de sus propias cosmologías y epistemologías, negociando y traduciendo en un otro relacionamiento, al transitar en los &#8220;entre lugares&#8221; y así, cumplir los ritos académicos orientados por los saberes universales.]]></p></abstract>
