Para tanto, explora-se inicialmente a noção de formação em perspectiva biográfica; apresenta-se a metáfora da espiral; discutem-se três movimentos, circundação, amplificação e reconstelação, que deram sustentação à elaboração e à análise das narrativas; e, por fim, analisam-se as narrativas e as espirais produzidas no contexto do ateliê. Observou-se que os participantes da pesquisa, ao elaborarem as suas histórias de formação e representá-las por meio de uma espiral, descobriram o quanto foram impactados pelas experiências vividas e que, ao ressignificá-las em parceria com os outros participantes, mostraram estar mais atentos ao lugar que ocupam na profissão e na vida dos outros com quem convivem, sejam eles familiares, amigos ou alunos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study is anchored in training research, the objective of which was to investigate the development of training processes that are based on narratives produced from the elaboration of training spirals. To this end, the notion of training is initially explored from a biographical perspective; the metaphor of the spiral is presented; three movements are discussed, circumference, amplification and reconstellation, which supported the elaboration and analysis of the narratives; and, finally, the narratives and spirals produced in the context of the studio are analyzed. It was observed that the research participants, when elaborating their training stories and representing them through a spiral, discovered how much they were impacted by the experiences they had lived and that, by giving new meaning to them in partnership with the other participants, they showed that they were more attentive to the place they occupy in the profession and in the lives of others with whom they live, be they family, friends or students.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este estudio está anclado en la investigación sobre formación, cuyo objetivo fue investigar el desarrollo de procesos de formación que se basan en narrativas producidas a partir de la elaboración de espirales de formación. Para ello, se explora inicialmente la noción de formación desde una perspectiva biográfica; se presenta la metáfora de la espiral; se discuten tres movimientos, circunferencia, amplificación y reconstelación, que sustentaron la elaboración y análisis de las narrativas; y, finalmente, se analizan las narrativas y espirales producidas en el contexto del estudio. Se observó que los participantes de la investigación, al elaborar sus historias de formación y representarlas a través de una espiral, descubrieron cuánto fueron impactados por las experiencias vividas y que, al darles un nuevo significado en colaboración con los demás participantes, mostraron que estaban más atentos al lugar que ocupan en la profesión y en la vida de otras personas con quienes viven, ya sean familiares, amigos o estudiantes.]]></p></abstract>
