A análise partiu da abordagem teórico-metodológica de Stephen Ball e colaboradores (Bowe; Ball; Gold, 1992), que analisam a política educacional a partir das tensões e das disputas no processo de produção da política. A metodologia deste estudo é de base qualitativa e partiu do instrumento de análise documental. Evidenciamos a amplitude das redes de agências multilaterais atuantes na proposta da BNCC, e a gama de organismos nacionais e internacionais que produziram discursos e textos como mecanismos de manobra a fim de conduzir o processo de aprendizagem as necessidades do mercado. Sendo assim, buscamos contribuir com o contínuo debates/ problematizações acerca dos desdobramentos da implementação da BNCC, a qual estabelece uma política de currículo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This paper aims to map the context of influence in which the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC) was built from the complex and controversial nature of educational policies at this juncture. The analysis was based on the theoretical and methodological approach of Stephen Ball and collaborators (Bowe; Ball; Gold, 1992), who analyze educational policy from the tensions and disputes in the process of policy production. The methodology of this study has a qualitative basis and was based on the document analysis tool. We highlight the breadth of networks of multilateral agencies active in the proposal of the BNCC, and the range of national and international organizations that produced speeches and texts as mechanisms of maneuvering in order to conduct the learning process the needs of the market. Thus, we seek to contribute to the ongoing debates / problematizations about the unfolding of the implementation of the BNCC, which establishes a curriculum policy.]]></p></abstract>

El análisis se basó en el enfoque teórico y metodológico de Stephen Ball y colaboradores (Bowe; Ball; Gold, 1992), que analizan la política educativa a partir de las tensiones y disputas en el proceso de producción de políticas. La metodología de este estudio es de base cualitativa y partió del instrumento del análisis documental. Evidenciamos la amplitud de las redes de agencias multilaterales activas en la propuesta de BNCC, y la gama de organizaciones nacionales e internacionales que produjeron discursos y textos como mecanismos de maniobra para conducir el proceso de aprendizaje que el mercado necesita.
