Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar as publicações a partir de 2010 sobre avaliação de egresso de graduação e de pós-graduação com a finalidade de identificar os aspectos avaliados, os instrumentos de pesquisas e as metodologias mais utilizadas, apresentando um panorama da produção científica nacional e internacional. Como estratégia metodológica, foram seguidas as etapas de um protocolo de revisão sistemática qualitativo. Assim, foi possível elaborar um portfólio bibliográfico composto de 22 artigos. Os resultados demonstraram que apesar da importância de avaliar a percepção do egresso em relação aos programas realizados, há um número reduzido de estudos sobre o tema, sugerindo um maior aprofundamento em pesquisas e ampliação para outras áreas de conhecimento, uma vez que a maioria das pesquisas de egressos são realizadas na área da saúde. Além disso, foi possível mapear as dimensões abordadas na literatura em relação à avaliação de egresso e apresentar as sugestões para pesquisas futuras.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The evaluation of graduates is considered an important source of information insofar as it can support evaluations of the educational and institutional contexts of HEIs, not only to measure their effectiveness, but especially to build and direct active practices to improve the academic path of students. The aim of this article was to analyze publications from 2010 onwards on the evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate graduates in order to identify the aspects evaluated, the research instruments and the most commonly used methodologies, presenting an overview of national and international scientific production. As a methodological strategy, the steps of a qualitative systematic review protocol were followed. As a result, it was possible to compile a bibliographic portfolio of 22 articles. The results showed that despite the importance of evaluating the perception of graduates in relation to the programs carried out, there is a small number of studies on the subject, suggesting a greater depth in research and expansion to other areas of knowledge, since most research on graduates is carried out in the area of health. In addition, it was possible to map the dimensions addressed in the literature in relation to graduate evaluation and present suggestions for future research.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La evaluación de egresados se considera una importante fuente de información en la medida en que puede ayudar en las evaluaciones de los contextos educativos e institucionales de las IES, no sólo para medir su eficacia, sino especialmente para construir y orientar prácticas activas que mejoren la trayectoria académica de los estudiantes. El objetivo de este artículo fue analizar las publicaciones a partir de 2010 sobre la evaluación de graduados de grado y posgrado para identificar los aspectos evaluados, los instrumentos de investigación y las metodologías más utilizadas, presentando un panorama de la producción científica nacional e internacional. Como estrategia metodológica, se siguieron los pasos de un protocolo de revisión sistemática cualitativa. Como resultado, fue posible compilar una carpeta bibliográfica de 22 artículos. Los resultados mostraron que, a pesar de la importancia de evaluar la percepción de los egresados en relación con los programas realizados, existe un número reducido de estudios sobre el tema, lo que sugiere profundizar la investigación y ampliarla a otras áreas del conocimiento, dado que la mayoría de las investigaciones sobre egresados se realizan en el área de la salud. Además, fue posible mapear las dimensiones abordadas en la literatura en relación a la evaluación de graduados y presentar sugerencias para futuras investigaciones.]]></p></abstract>
