Partindo da análise referenciada no materialismo histórico e dialético, revisamos estudos produzidos por diferentes grupos de pesquisa, entre outros coletivos, sistematizando o conhecimento acumulado, buscando desenvolver sínteses explicativas que nos ajudem a entender e enfrentar o projeto de sociedade dos representantes do capital que entendem a educação como mercadoria. Na lógica empresarial, o sucesso não seria uma formação sustentada no conhecimento histórico emancipador, mas o &#8220;bom&#8221; desempenho nos testes padronizados. Essa redução da função da escola é, de certo modo, tranquilizadora para a classe burguesa, que encontra, cada vez menos conflitos para instalarem suas ideias e seguirem ocupando o lugar de privilégio que historicamente lhes foi assegurado. Essa concepção de sociedade e de educação, defendida por agências financeiras e organismos multilaterais, é disseminada por setores da classe dominante através de fundações e institutos, travando uma disputa na sociedade para estabelecer um consenso em torno dessa perspectiva ideológica no campo econômico e nas políticas públicas. Provisoriamente, os estudos que aqui apresentamos, indicam uma trajetória da BNCC como base do currículo e das demais políticas educacionais, colocando o Plano Nacional de Educação como simples coadjuvante.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This text brings an analysis about the influence of private apparatuses of hegemony on the elaboration, dissemination and implementation of the Common Core National Curriculum (BNCC) and public policies related to it. Starting from the analysis referenced in historical and dialectical materialism, we review studies produced by different research groups, among other collectives, systematizing the accumulated knowledge, seeking to develop explanatory syntheses that help us to understand and face the project of society of the agents of the capital that understand education as a commodity. In the market perspective, success would not be based on emancipatory historical knowledge, but &#8220;good&#8221; performance in standardized tests. This reduction in the role of the school is, in a way, tranquilizer for the bourgeois class, which finds less and less conflicts to install its ideas and to continue occupying the place of privilege that was historically assured to them. This conception of society and education, defended by financial agencies and multilateral organizations, is disseminated by sectors of the ruling class through foundations and institutes, waging a dispute in society to establish a consensus around this ideological perspective in the economic field and in public policies. Provisionally, the studies presented here indicate that the BNCC is the basis of the curriculum and of other educational policies, placing the National Education Plan as a mere supporting element.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El artículo presenta un análisis sobre la influencia de los aparatos privados de hegemonía en la elaboración, diseminación e implementación de la Base Nacional Común Curricular (BNCC), y las políticas vinculadas a esta. Partiendo de un análisis referenciado en el materialismo histórico-dialéctico, revisamos los estudios producidos por diferentes grupos de investigación (entre otros colectivos) sistematizando el conocimiento acumulado, buscando desarrollar una síntesis explicativa que nos ayude a entender y enfrentar el proyecto de sociedad de los representantes del capital que entienden la educación como mercancía. En la lógica empresarial, el éxito no consiste en una formación sustentada en el conocimiento histórico-emancipador, y sí en el &#8220;buen&#8221; desempeño obtenido en pruebas estandarizadas. Esa reducción de la función de la escuela es, de cierto modo, tranquilizadora para la clase burguesa, que encuentra cada vez menos conflicto para instalar sus ideas y continuar ocupando el lugar de privilegio que históricamente ha preservado. Esa concepción de sociedad y educación, defendida por agencias financieras y organismos multilaterales, es diseminada por sectores de la clase dominante a través de las fundaciones e institutos, apalancando una disputa en la sociedad en pro de establecer un consenso en torno de esa perspectiva ideológica en el campo económico y en las políticas públicas. Los estudios aquí presentados indican, de manera provisoria, una trayectoria de la BNCC como base del currículo y de las demás políticas educacionales, colocando al Plano Nacional de Educación (PNE) como simple coadyuvante.]]></p></abstract>
