Visa-se discutir a influência de ideais neoliberais e gerenciais no programa. Estudos atuais apontam que essas influências na educação intencionam dividir as responsabilidades das políticas educacionais, isto é, propor um modelo de gestão que valoriza aspectos como eficiência, eficácia, produtividade e resultados, em detrimento de uma formação humanística e cultural. Na pesquisa, do tipo descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa, fundamentou-se teoricamente em estudiosos marxianos. A pesquisa trouxe, como resultados: que a adesão ocorre; o documento mais utilizado é o DCRC (87,7%), e a maioria dos professores que adere ao programa são contratados. Como também tencionam lacunas para eventuais pesquisas, cujo enfoque será esclarecer o que a pesquisa quantitativa mostra.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In this article, the objective is to analyze adherence to the Learning Program at the Right Age (Mais Paic) by Elementary School I teachers in three municipalities in Cariri, Ceará, through documents and/or guiding materials. The aim is to discuss the influence of neoliberal and managerial ideals on the program. Current studies indicate that these influences on education intend to divide the responsibilities of educational policies, that is, to propose a management model that values aspects such as efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and results, to the detriment of humanistic and cultural training. In the descriptive research, with a quantitative approach, it was theoretically based on Marxian scholars. The research brought the following results: that adherence occurs; the most used document is the DCRC (87.7%), and the majority of teachers who join the program are hired. As well as gaps for possible research, the focus of which will be to clarify what the quantitative research shows.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En este artículo, el objetivo es analizar la adhesión al Programa de Aprendizaje en la Edad Adecuada (Mais Paic) por parte de profesores de la Escuela Primaria I en tres municipios de Cariri, Ceará, a través de documentos y/o materiales orientativos. El objetivo es discutir la influencia de los ideales neoliberales y gerenciales en el programa. Los estudios actuales indican que estas influencias sobre la educación pretenden dividir las responsabilidades de las políticas educativas, es decir, proponer un modelo de gestión que valore aspectos como la eficiencia, la eficacia, la productividad y los resultados, en detrimento de la formación humanística y cultural. En la investigación descriptiva, con enfoque cuantitativo, se basó teóricamente en estudiosos marxistas. La investigación arrojó los siguientes resultados: que se produce adherencia; el documento más utilizado es el DCRC (87,7%), y la mayoría de los docentes que se incorporan al programa son contratados. Así como vacíos para posibles investigaciones, cuyo enfoque será aclarar lo que muestra la investigación cuantitativa.]]></p></abstract>
