A presente investigação é uma revisão integrativa que teve como objetivo investigar as concepções e os desafios da prática profissional dos bacharéis em fisioterapia no início da docência. Para a seleção dos artigos, utilizou-se a base de dados BVS, e a amostra desta revisão constituiuse de oito artigos. Após análise das pesquisas incluídas na revisão, os resultados dos estudos apontaram que é imprescindível o desenvolvimento de ações para formação e qualificação didático-pedagógica dos preceptores, a fim de minimizar a fragmentação no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos acadêmicos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Teaching as a preceptor has been gaining prominence in the scenario of human resources training in health in Brazil. This research is an integrative review that aimed to investigate the concepts and challenges of the professional practice of physiotherapy graduates at the beginning of their teaching careers. The BVS database was used to select the articles, and the sample for this review consisted of eight articles. After analyzing the research included in the review, the results of the studies indicated that it is essential to develop actions for the training and didactic-pedagogical qualification of preceptors, in order to minimize fragmentation in the teaching and learning process of students.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La labor docente como docente preceptor se ha destacado en el escenario de la formación de recursos humanos en salud en Brasil. La presente investigación es una revisión integradora que tuvo como objetivo investigar las concepciones y desafíos de la práctica profesional de los licenciados en fisioterapia en el inicio de la docencia. Para la selección de los artículos se utilizó la base de datos de la BVS y la muestra para esta revisión estuvo compuesta por ocho artículos. Luego del análisis de las investigaciones incluidas en la revisión, los resultados de los estudios demostraron que es fundamental desarrollar acciones para la formación y calificación didáctico-pedagógico de los preceptores, con el fin de minimizar la fragmentación en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los académicos.]]></p></abstract>
