Depois, identifica as condições históricas que produziram a mudança de abordagem da disciplina, percebida em alguns dos currículos dos anos oitenta. Por fim, focaliza a problemática em relação às séries iniciais da escola de primeiro grau.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The author, initially, aims at analysing the domintate part of the content of history courses traditionally given in Brazil, reconstructing their bases. Later on, the historical conditions that led to the changes in courses content observed during the 80's are examined. Finally, the focus is placed on the issue with respect to the first grade of primary school (M.A.C.C.).]]></p></abstract>
