<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper presents the referential pedagogy adotted in the Fiat Automóveis factory, settled in Betim-MG-Brazil. From the point of view of this professional education the term andragogy was understood as conceptual and methodologic development of adult education and as a further step of the pedagogy. The pedagogy is claimed by the researchers only applied to education of children and adolescents.]]></p></abstract>
