Na abordagem desenvolvida no artigo, destacam-se a atenção a ser conferida aos mestrandos em virtude de suas vinculações a atividades de trabalho, que se relacionam com os projetos de pesquisa e intervenção, bem como a reflexão epistemológica acerca da postura inter / transdisciplinar a ser adotada no desenvolvimento da disciplina Metodologia de Pesquisa, que subsidia a realização do trabalho final do curso de mestrado profissional. Nesse sentido, fundamenta-se teoricamente esse desafio a partir da abordagem ergológica, que concebe o trabalho como atividade humana, refletindo sobre processos de reconhecimento e validação de saberes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT: Considering the process of implementing a master's degree program in a public university, the reflections proposed in these "open words" aim to problematize the relationship between theory and practice inherent in this postgraduate modality stricto sensu considering, among other aspects, the profile of the entering subjects. In the approach developed in the article, the attention to be given to the masters by virtue of their links to work activities, which are related to the research and intervention projects, as well as the epistemological reflection about the inter / transdisciplinary posture to be adopted in the development of the discipline Research Methodology, which subsidizes the accomplishment of the final work of the professional master's degree course. In this sense, the challenge is theoretically based on the ergological approach, which conceives work as a human activity, reflecting processes of recognition and validation of knowledge.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESÚMEN: Ante el proceso de implementación de un programa de maestría profesional en una universidad pública, las reflexiones propuestas en estas "palabras abiertas" tienen como objetivo problematizar la relación entre teoría y práctica inherente a esta modalidad de posgrado stricto sensu considerando, entre otros aspectos, el perfil de los sujetos entrantes. En el enfoque desarrollado en el artículo, destaca la atención a los estudiantes de maestría por su vinculación con las actividades laborales, las cuales están relacionadas con los proyectos de investigación e intervención, así como la reflexión epistemológica sobre la postura inter / transdisciplinar a ser adoptado en el desarrollo de la disciplina de Metodología de la Investigación, que apoya la realización del trabajo final del Máster profesional. En este sentido, este desafío se basa teóricamente en el enfoque ergológico, que concibe el trabajo como una actividad humana, reflexionando sobre los procesos de reconocimiento y validación del conocimiento.]]></p></abstract>
