Partiendo de esta metodolog&#237;a, el art&#237;culo presenta los resultados de un estudio descriptivo-comprensivo realizado con 96 estudiantes de primaria, que busca analizar su satisfacci&#243;n con respecto a su participaci&#243;n en proyectos de APS. Mediante la adaptaci&#243;n de un modelo de satisfacci&#243;n se analizan 4 dimensiones clave. La principal t&#233;cnica de an&#225;lisis de informaci&#243;n es el an&#225;lisis de contenido donde se triangulan t&#233;cnicas e informantes. El an&#225;lisis realizado muestra un alto grado de satisfacci&#243;n del alumnado participante y nos abre la discusi&#243;n sobre aspectos clave de la metodolog&#237;a de APS: reflexi&#243;n, evaluaci&#243;n y participaci&#243;n.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Aprendizagem e Servi&#231;o (APS) &#233; uma metodologia pedag&#243;gica que coloca em rela&#231;&#227;o a escola e a comunidade na realiza&#231;&#227;o de um projeto em comum. Tomando por base esta metodologia, este artigo apresenta os resultados de um estudo descritivocompreensivo realizado com 96 estudantes de educa&#231;&#227;o prim&#225;ria, buscando analisar seus n&#237;veis de satisfa&#231;&#227;o com rela&#231;&#227;o &#224; participa&#231;&#227;o em projetos de APS. Mediante a adapta&#231;&#227;o de um modelo de satisfa&#231;&#227;o, se analisam 4 dimens&#245;es chave. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Service learning (SL) is a pedagogical methodology that engages school and community in a common project. Based on this methodology the article presents the results of a comprehensive descriptive study completed with 93 primary education students in order to analyze the satisfaction they have regarding their participation in SL projects. By adapting a model of satisfaction 4 key dimensions are discussed. The main technique for data analysis is content analysis where we triangulate techniques as well as informants. The data analysis shows a high degree of satisfaction from participating students and opens to discussion the key aspects of SL methodology: reflection, evaluation and participation.]]></p></abstract>
