O estudo, de cunho qualitativo, foi realizado com dois professores experientes, vinculados a duas institui&#231;&#245;es de EP diferentes - uma p&#250;blica e outra privada - e valeu-se dos aportes te&#243;ricos produzidos em torno das pesquisas sobre a epistemologia da pr&#225;tica docente. Aponta-se o fato de que a aprendizagem da doc&#234;ncia nessa modalidade de ensino &#233; marcada por processos de forma&#231;&#227;o muito particulares, em que determinados tipos de saber e experi&#234;ncia de forma&#231;&#227;o (saberes da experi&#234;ncia laboral) t&#234;m mais reconhecimento que conhecimentos advindos da experi&#234;ncia docente ou de conhecimentos do campo pedag&#243;gico.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[This paper deals with the results of a master's degree research that studied teachers' knowledge of professional education (PE) within technological disciplines. The study was a qualitative matrix carried out by two experienced teachers, connected to two different institutions of PE - one public and one private. The research was based on theories that resulted from previous research on the epistemology of practicing teachers. The study points to the fact that the teaching of learning in this modality of education is marked by very particular processes of formation where some types of knowledge and experiences (knowledge of work experience) have more recognition than the knowledge acquired by the teaching experience or the knowledge in the pedagogical field.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Este art&#237;culo presenta resultados de una investigaci&#243;n de maestr&#237;a que tuvo como objeto el estudio de los saberes docentes de profesores de educaci&#243;n profesional (EP) que aleccionan cursos en las &#225;reas de tecnolog&#237;a. El estudio, de car&#225;cter cualitativo, se realiz&#243; con dos profesores experimentados, vinculados a dos diferentes instituciones de educaci&#243;n profesional -una p&#250;blica y otra privada- y consisder&#243; los aportes te&#243;ricos en torno a la investigaci&#243;n sobre la epistemolog&#237;a de la pr&#225;ctica docente. Se se&#241;ala el hecho de que el aprendizaje de la docencia en esta modalidad de educaci&#243;n est&#225; marcado por procesos de formaci&#243;n muy particulares, en que ciertos tipos de saber y experiencia de capacitaci&#243;n (conocimiento de la experiencia laboral) tienen m&#225;s reconocimiento que el conocimiento oriundo de la experiencia como docente o conocimiento del campo pedag&#243;gico.]]></p></abstract>
