Procura-se neste artigo, com base em um estudo efetuado com diplomadas/os nessa área e já inseridas/os no mundo do trabalho há um período não inferior a sete anos, construir tipos ideais que caraterizem as relações que as suas trajetórias profissionais mantêm com a formação de base, procurando elucidar os percursos que os sujeitos são efetivamente capazes de construir. A análise dos dados permite-nos inferir que, para um número considerável das/os diplomadas/os entrevistados, a empregabilidade em educação, embora desafiante, verifica-se. São, no entanto, os modos e tempos distintos dessa profissionalização que conferem ao conceito de trajetória a pertinência da análise proposta.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The close codification of the academic area of education sciences, in its inscription and relationship with work contexts, within the scope of teacher training, makes the possibility of professional practice in other contexts challenging, despite the transversal nature of this knowledge. This article, based on a study carried out with graduates in this area that have been inserted in the world of work for a period of seven years or more, seeks to build ideal types that characterize the relations that their professional trajectories maintain with their academic education, seeking to elucidate the paths that the subjects are effectively capable of building. The data analysis allows us to infer that, for a considerable number of the interviewed graduates, employability in education, although challenging, is verified. However, this professionalization's distinct modes and times give the concept of trajectory the relevance of the proposed analysis.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La estrecha codificación del área académica de Ciencias de la Educación, en su inscripción y relación con los contextos de trabajo, dentro de la formación docente, problematiza la posibilidad del ejercicio profesional en otros contextos, a pesar de la transversalidad de estos saberes. A partir de un estudio realizado con licenciados en esta área y que ya trabajan en el mundo laboral desde hace al menos siete años, este artículo pretende construir ideas-modelo que caractericen las relaciones que sus trayectorias profesionales mantienen con la formación básica, en un intento de dilucidar los caminos que los sujetos son efectivamente capaces de construir. El análisis de los datos nos permite inferir que para un número considerable de los titulados entrevistados, la empleabilidad en la enseñanza, aunque supone un reto, se verifica. Sin embargo, son los distintos modos y tiempos de esta profesionalización los que confieren al concepto de trayectoria la pertinencia del análisis propuesto.]]></p></abstract>
