<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1519-39932022000100102&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1519-39932022000100102&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1519-39932022000100102&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O estudo buscou conhecer a dinâmica do estágio de docência nos programas de pós-graduação vinculados às Ciências Biológicas e à área da Saúde de uma universidade pública federal localizada no estado de Minas Gerais e suas implicações no processo de formação do professor para o magistério superior, na perspectiva dos estudantes. A partir de uma investigação descritiva e de cunho qualitativo, em que foram adotadas a entrevista semiestruturada para a coleta de dados e a técnica de análise do conteúdo, foi possível afirmar a inexistência de uma normatização na estrutura do estágio de docência dos programas de pós-graduação vinculados à referida área do conhecimento. Dentre as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio, destacam-se o acompanhamento dos professores supervisores e a docência com ênfase em aulas expositivas, desprovidas, em sua maioria, de análises reflexivas a respeito dessas ações. Na perspectiva dos estudantes que participaram dessa investigação, o estágio de docência vem contribuindo para a formação dos futuros docentes da educação superior, especialmente porque colabora com as habilidades sociais ao possibilitar a relação desses com estudantes da graduação e com a ambiência da docência, o que favorece o processo de desenvolvimento da identidade profissional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The study sought to understand the dynamics of the teaching internship in postgraduate programs linked to the Health and Biological Sciences from a federal public university in a city located in the state of Minas Gerais and its implications for the college professor education process for higher education, from the students&#8217; perspective. From a descriptive and qualitative investigation, in which the semi-structured interview for data collection and content analysis technique were adopted it was possible to affirm the lack of a standardization in the structure of the teaching internship of postgraduate programs linked to that area of knowledge. Among the activities developed during the internship, the monitoring of supervising professors and teaching with emphasis on lectures, mostly devoid of reflective analysis of these actions. From the perspective of the students who participated in this investigation, the teaching internship has contributed to the training of future college professors, especially because it collaborates with social skills by enabling their relationship with undergraduate students and with the teaching environment, thus being able to favor in the process of development of the professional identity.]]></p></abstract>
