Aborda o cen&#225;rio pol&#237;tico e pedag&#243;gico em que se realizam as "redes de pol&#237;ticas" e o ethos do setor mercantil na escola p&#250;blica. M&#233;todo: Para a composi&#231;&#227;o da rede de pol&#237;ticas no Brasil, s&#227;o apresentadas s&#237;nteses anal&#237;ticas de uma pesquisa documental e a ferramenta de an&#225;lise de redes com o NODEXL. Resultados: As redes guardam interesses financeiros das "grantmakers", que s&#227;o justificados por discursos do compromisso social, mas engendram o controle mercantil sobre institui&#231;&#245;es estatais por meio de mecanismo de accountability com desdobramentos de responsabiliza&#231;&#227;o para a gest&#227;o da escola p&#250;blica e o trabalho docente. Conclus&#227;o: O protagonismo desses mecanismos na organiza&#231;&#227;o escolar colabora para disseminar concep&#231;&#245;es e promover ades&#245;es de princ&#237;pios ancorados na l&#243;gica da gest&#227;o "p&#250;blico-privada".]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The article analyzes the main characteristics of the relationship between education and social classes, through actions of corporate and educational managers in partnerships between the State, social organizations and the private sector. It addresses the political and pedagogical scenario in which they carry out the "policy networks" and the ethos of the commercial sector in public school. Method: analytical synthesis of documentary research and network analysis tool with the NODEXL are presented for policy network composition in Brazil. Results: The networks hold financial interests "grantmakers" that are justified by discourses of social commitment, but engender the commercial control over state institutions through the accountability mechanism of accountability with consequences for the management of the public school and the teaching profession. Conclusion: The role of these mechanisms in school organization collaborates to spread ideas and promote adherence of principles anchored in the logic of "public-private" management.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Introducci&#243;n: El art&#237;culo analiza las principales caracter&#237;sticas de la relaci&#243;n entre la educaci&#243;n y las clases sociales, mediante acciones de los gerentes corporativos y educativos en las alianzas entre el Estado, las organizaciones sociales y el sector privado. Aborda el contexto pol&#237;tico y pedag&#243;gico que se llevan a cabo con las "redes de pol&#237;ticas" y el ethos del sector comercial en la escuela p&#250;blica. M&#233;todo: Para la composici&#243;n de directivas de redes en Brasil, se presentan an&#225;lisis documental y la herramienta de investigaci&#243;n con el NodeXL. Resultados: Las redes tienen intereses financieros de las "grantmakers" que se justifican por los discursos de compromiso social, pero generan el control comercial sobre las instituciones del Estado mediante del mecanismo de accountability con consecuencias para la gesti&#243;n de la escuela p&#250;blica y del labor docente. Conclusi&#243;n: El papel de estos mecanismos en la organizaci&#243;n escolar colabora para difundir ideas y promover el cumplimiento de los principios anclados en la l&#243;gica de la gesti&#243;n "p&#250;blico-privada".]]></p></abstract>
