<self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1809-38762019000401739&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1809-38762019000401739&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://educa.fcc.org.br/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1809-38762019000401739&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO Este artigo tem como objetivo proporcionar uma visão sobre como está ocorrendo o processo de internacionalização na pós-graduação stricto sensu no Brasil, a partir dos anos de 1990, quando esta passa a ser utilizada como indicador de qualidade dos programas de pós-graduação que oferecem cursos de doutorado, pela política nacional de garantia da qualidade da pós-graduação, por meio da Avaliação Trienal dos Programas de Pós-Graduação, realizada pela CAPES. Para tanto, o estudo se fundamenta em uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa e exploratória, que utilizou como procedimentos metodológicos a revisão bibliográfica, a análise documental, a análise de conteúdo e priorizou três níveis: o internacional, no âmbito da globalização dos anos de 1980; o nacional, por meio da política nacional de garantia da qualidade; e o individual, no nível das ações em colaboração internacional realizadas pelos programas de pós-graduação de Direito classificados com nível de excelência internacional na Avaliação Trienal CAPES de 2013. Os dados obtidos sinalizam no sentido de que a avaliação pode estar contribuindo para induzir o processo de internacionalização desses programas, mas não avalia a qualidade das ações e atividades realizadas; e na direção de que esses programas estão adotando duas estratégias complementares de internacionalização: uma direcionada para obter uma posição de destaque no mercado educacional internacional e outra voltada para o alcance de objetivos e benefícios comuns entre os países.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article aims to provide an insight into how the internationalization process is taking place in stricto sensu postgraduate studies in Brazil since the 1990s, when it is being used as an indicator of the quality of postgraduate programs offering PhD courses, for the national policy of postgraduate quality assurance, through the Triennial Evaluation of Graduate Programs, carried out by CAPES. To this end, it is based on a qualitative and exploratory research, which used as methodological procedures the literature review, documentary analysis, content analysis and prioritized three levels: the international, in the context of globalization of the 1980s, the national , through the national policy of quality assurance and the individual, in the level of the international collaborative actions carried out by the postgraduate programs of law classified with level of international excellence in the CAPES Triennial Evaluation of 2013. The obtained data indicate that The evaluation may be contributing to induce the internationalization process of these programs but it does not evaluate the quality of the actions and activities carried out and that these programs are adopting two complementary internationalization strategies: one aimed at obtaining a prominent position in the international educational market and the other. , facing to achieve common goals and benefits across countries.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo tiene como objetivo proporcionar una idea de cómo se está llevando a cabo el proceso de internacionalización en los estudios de posgrado stricto sensu en Brasil desde la década de 1990, cuando se utiliza como un indicador de la calidad de la oferta de programas de posgrado. Cursos de doctorado, para la política nacional de garantía de calidad de posgrado, a través de la Evaluación Trienal de Programas de Posgrado, realizada por CAPES. Con este fin, se basa en una investigación cualitativa y exploratoria, que utilizó como procedimientos metodológicos la revisión de la literatura, el análisis documental, el análisis de contenido y priorizó tres niveles: el internacional, en el contexto de la globalización de la década de 1980, el nacional , a través de la política nacional de aseguramiento de la calidad y el individuo, en el nivel de las acciones de colaboración internacional llevadas a cabo por los programas de posgrado de derecho clasificados con nivel de excelencia internacional en la Evaluación Trienal CAPES de 2013. Los datos obtenidos indican que La evaluación puede estar contribuyendo a inducir el proceso de internacionalización de estos programas, pero no evalúa la calidad de las acciones y actividades realizadas y que estos programas están adoptando dos estrategias complementarias de internacionalización: una dirigida a obtener una posición destacada en el mercado educativo internacional y la otra frente a p para lograr objetivos y beneficios comunes en todos los países.]]></p></abstract>
