Em perspectiva qualitativa, pautou-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e realização de entrevistas analisadas à luz de Bardin (2009). Teoricamente, fundamentou-se em Chartier (1990) e em Charlot (1979, 2013, 2020). Para além da esfera cultural, diversidade não se confunde com diferenças, assim, considera origens, permanências e implicações das desigualdades. As percepções dos profissionais demonstraram a necessidade de apropriação dos fundamentos da educação inclusiva e das atuais discussões acadêmicas, políticas públicas e diretrizes curriculares sobre diversidade, bem como aprofundamento de processos formativos tendo em vista mudanças em percepções e práticas profissionais materializadas no currículo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract We sought to analyze the perceptions of History teachers and public school managers on the relationship between education and diversity as well as on inclusive school. In a qualitative perspective, it was based on bibliographic research and interviews analyzed in the light ofBardin's (2009) perspective. Theoretically, it was based onChartier (1990) and onCharlot (1979,2013,2020). Beyond the cultural sphere, diversity is not to be confused with differences, thus, it considers the origins, permanence and implications of inequalities. The professionals' perceptions demonstrated the need to appropriate the foundations of inclusive education and current academic discussions, public policies and curriculum guidelines on diversity, as well as deepening training processes in view of changes in professional perceptions and practices materialized in the curriculum.]]></p></abstract>

En una perspectiva cualitativa, se basó en investigaciones bibliográficas y entrevistas analizadas a la luz de la perspectiva deBardin (2009). Teóricamente, se basó enChartier (1990) y enCharlot (1979,2013,2020). Más allá del ámbito cultural, la diversidad no debe confundirse con las diferencias, por lo que considera los orígenes, la permanencia y las implicaciones de las desigualdades.
