Objetivo: avaliar a percepção dos docentes sobre o currículo em prática. Métodos: foi enviado um questionário semiestruturado para todos os docentes. Resultados: Os docentes se dizem motivados para o trabalho e satisfeitos com o curso; consideram bom o curso e o profissional formado; avaliam positivamente a organização dos alunos em pequenos grupos e a inserção em atividades na atenção primária desde o início do curso. As instalações físicas e equipamentos estão adequados para 50,9% e 40,1% dos docentes. O modelo pedagógico, a motivação docente e a motivação dos alunos foram considerados facilitadores do andamento do currículo. A dificuldade na avaliação dos alunos e a falta de capacitação contínua dos docentes foram considerados fatores que dificultam o andamento do currículo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The medical course in analysis restructured its curriculum in 2006 and started to use active teaching methods. Objective: to evaluate the teachers' perception of the curriculum in practice. Methods: a semi-structured questionnaire was sent to all professors. Results: Teachers say they are motivated to work and satisfied with the course; they consider the course and the graduated professional to be good; positively evaluate the organization of students in small groups and insertion in activities in primary care since the beginning of the course. The physical facilities and equipment are adequate for 50.9% and 40.1% of the teachers. The pedagogical model, teachers and students&#8217; motivation were considered facilitators of curriculum development. The difficulty in students&#8217; assessment and the lack of continuous training of teachers were factors that hinder the progress of the curriculum.]]></p></abstract>

Resultados: Los docentes están motivados para trabajar y satisfechos con el curso; consideran bueno el curso y el profesional formado; valoran positivamente la organización de los alumnos en pequeños grupos y la inserción en las actividades de atención primaria desde el inicio del curso. Las instalaciones físicas y el equipamiento son adecuados para 50,9% y 40,1% de los docentes. El modelo pedagógico, la motivación docente y estudiantil son facilitadores del desarrollo curricular.
