Inicialmente, define o que &#233; trabalho social humano, tanto em seu aspecto produtivo quanto em sua forma alienante; posteriormente, busca compreender o Trabalho Docente na sua especificidade e nos aspectos determinantes da sociedade capitalista. Destes estudos, problematiza sobre a rela&#231;&#227;o teoria e pr&#225;tica na forma&#231;&#227;o docente, verificando as condi&#231;&#245;es objetivas e subjetivas inerentes ao processo de ensino e de aprendizagem, em que conte&#250;do e m&#233;todo unificam-se e complementam-se, constituindo a pr&#225;xis reflexiva. Neste caso, concluiu que a l&#243;gica dial&#233;tica &#233; uma das possibilidades de refletir sobre a rela&#231;&#227;o teoria e pr&#225;tica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this article is to reflect on Teaching Work and its formative process through a bibliographical research. Initially, what is human social work is defined, both in its productive aspect and in its alienating form, and later, it is sought to understand the Teaching Work in its specificity and determinant aspects of capitalist society. From these studies, the relationship between theory and practice in teacher education is verified, considering the objective and subjective conditions inherent to the teaching and learning process, in which content and method are unified and complement each other, constituting reflexive praxis. In this case, it was concluded that dialectical logic is one of the possibilities of overcoming the division between theory and practice.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: El art&#237;culo tiene como prop&#243;sito reflexionar sobre el Trabajo Docente y su proceso formativo, a trav&#233;s de investigaci&#243;n bibliogr&#225;fica. Inicialmente, se define lo que es trabajo social humano, tanto en su aspecto productivo y en su forma alienante; posteriormente, se busca comprender el Trabajo Docente en su especificidad y en los aspectos determinantes de la sociedad capitalista. De estos estudios, se problematiza sobre la relaci&#243;n teor&#237;a y pr&#225;ctica en la formaci&#243;n docente, verificando las condiciones objetivas y subjetivas inherentes al proceso de ense&#241;anza y de aprendizaje, en qu&#233; contenido y m&#233;todo se unifican y se complementan, constituyendo la praxis reflexiva. En este caso, se concluy&#243; que la l&#243;gica dial&#233;ctica es una de las posibilidades de superar la divisi&#243;n entre teor&#237;a y pr&#225;ctica.]]></p></abstract>
