Os procedimentos metodol&#243;gicos foram norteados pela defini&#231;&#227;o de categorias emergentes das investiga&#231;&#245;es para explicitar os objetos de estudo que se delineiam quanto ao ensino da leitura. A an&#225;lise permitiu constatar que os estudos relacionados ao PNAIC t&#234;m aumentado substancialmente em programas de p&#243;s-gradua&#231;&#227;o, demonstrando a preocupa&#231;&#227;o de pesquisadores em estudar e compreender como este tem se consolidado nas pr&#225;ticas de alfabetiza&#231;&#227;o. &#201; percept&#237;vel, no entanto, nas propostas governamentais para a forma&#231;&#227;o de alfabetizadores, a desarticula&#231;&#227;o entre teoria e pr&#225;tica e a valoriza&#231;&#227;o do conhecimento t&#225;cito. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This paper presents some reflections built from a bibliographic review of the academic production related to teaching reading from 2013 and 2016, related to the actions of implementation of the Right Age Literacy National Pact (PNAIC, Brazilian abbreviation). The methodological procedures were guided by the definition of categories which emerged during the investigations to explain the objects of study identified regarding teaching reading. The analysis revealed that the studies related to the PNAIC have increased significantly in post-graduation programs, demonstrating the researchers&#8217; concern with the study and understanding of how the pact has been made concrete in literacy practices. It is noticeable, however, that there is a gap between theory and practice and the valuation of tacit knowledge in the government proposal for elementary school teachers&#8217; education.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este art&#237;culo presenta reflexiones tejidas a partir de una revisi&#243;n bibliogr&#225;fica de la producci&#243;n acad&#233;mica relacionada a la ense&#241;anza de la lectura, entre los a&#241;os de 2013 a 2016, referente a las acciones de implementaci&#243;n del "Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetiza&#231;&#227;o na Idade Certa (PNAIC)". Los procedimientos metodol&#243;gicos fueron guiados por la definici&#243;n de categor&#237;as emergentes de las investigaciones para explicitar los objetos de estudio que se delinearon en cuanto a la ense&#241;anza de la lectura.
