Busca-se compreender como a aprendizagem para a doc&#234;ncia &#233; constru&#237;da a partir de processos de homologia da pr&#225;tica, vista como condi&#231;&#227;o para produ&#231;&#227;o de reflex&#245;es sobre os saberes da aprendizagem docente que se logram no cotidiano da escola a partir da rela&#231;&#227;o entre professor em exerc&#237;cio profissional e professores em franca forma&#231;&#227;o. O estudo envolveu dois licenciandos do curso de Letras de uma universidade p&#250;blica do Estado da Bahia, participantes do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Inicia&#231;&#227;o &#224; Doc&#234;ncia - PIBID. Como dispositivo de pesquisa, utilizamos as entrevistas narrativas na concep&#231;&#227;o da abordagem (auto)biogr&#225;fica. O estudo apontou que a aprendizagem da doc&#234;ncia &#233; constru&#237;da, tamb&#233;m no cotidiano da escola, em que as pr&#225;ticas educativas s&#227;o tomadas como elemento de reflex&#227;o para a constru&#231;&#227;o de um modo pr&#243;prio de conceber a doc&#234;ncia.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This work analyzes the learning of teaching from the insertion of teachers in initial formation in school every day. It seeks to understand how the learning for teaching is built from processes of homology of the practice, seen as a condition for producing reflections on the knowledge of teacher learning that are achieved in the daily life of the school from the relationship between teacher in professional practice and in-service teachers. The study involved two graduates of the course of Letters of the State University of Bahia, participants of the Institutional Program of Initiatives for Teaching - PIBID. As a research device, we use narrative interviews in the conception of the (auto) biographical approach. The study pointed out that teaching learning is built, also in the daily life of the school, in which educational practices are taken as an element of reflection for the construction of a proper way of conceiving teaching.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Este trabajo analiza el aprendizaje de la docencia a partir de la inserci&#243;n de profesores en formaci&#243;n inicial en el cotidiano escolar. Se busca comprender c&#243;mo el aprendizaje para la docencia se construye a partir de procesos de homolog&#237;a de la pr&#225;ctica, vista como condici&#243;n para la producci&#243;n de reflexiones sobre los saberes del aprendizaje docente que se logran en el cotidiano de la escuela a partir de la relaci&#243;n entre profesor en ejercicio profesional y profesores en franca formaci&#243;n. El estudio involucr&#243; a dos licenciandos del curso de Letras de una universidad p&#250;blica del Estado de Bah&#237;a, participantes del Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciaci&#243;n a la Docencia - PIBID. Como dispositivo de investigaci&#243;n, utilizamos las entrevistas narrativas en la concepci&#243;n del enfoque (auto) biogr&#225;fico. El estudio apunt&#243; que el aprendizaje de la docencia se construye, tambi&#233;n en el cotidiano de la escuela, en que las pr&#225;cticas educativas son tomadas como elemento de reflexi&#243;n para la construcci&#243;n de un modo propio de concebir la docencia.]]></p></abstract>
