Neste trabalho, tivemos como objetivo investigar a trajet&#243;ria de dois professores de F&#237;sica ao interagirem com dois contextos formativos (Mestrado Profissional e Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Inicia&#231;&#227;o &#224; Doc&#234;ncia-PIBID) diferenciados em termos de exig&#234;ncias e de possibilidades de desenvolvimento profissional docente. Por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, obtivemos os elementos necess&#225;rios para reconstruir a trajet&#243;ria desses professores durante suas participa&#231;&#245;es naqueles contextos com base em uma An&#225;lise Narrativa, associada a outro procedimento vindo da Sociologia, que &#233; o Retrato Sociol&#243;gico. Para reconstru&#231;&#227;o da hist&#243;ria desses professores, levamos em considera&#231;&#227;o o conceito de patrim&#244;nios individuais de disposi&#231;&#245;es abordado por Bernard Lahire (2005), bem como as dimens&#245;es de desenvolvimento profissional propostas por Barolli et al. (2017). Nossos resultados indicam que n&#227;o basta propor um contexto que segue as orienta&#231;&#245;es da literatura no sentido de n&#227;o se pautar, por exemplo, apenas nas orienta&#231;&#245;es de uma racionalidade t&#233;cnica, para que o sujeito se desenvolva profissionalmente. Mudan&#231;as profundas parecem requerer condi&#231;&#245;es que t&#234;m se mostrado estreitamente vinculadas &#224;s particularidades dos sujeitos e dos contextos. ]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Understanding the conditions that can promote professional teacher development is extremely relevant, especially in the perspective of providing subsidies for the planning of contexts for this purpose. In this work, we had the objective of investigating the trajectory of two Physics teachers when interacting with two formative contexts (Professional Master&#8217;s and Teaching InitiationScholarship Institutional Program - PIBID) differentiated in terms of requirements and possibilities of professional teacher development. Through semi-structured interviews, we obtained the necessary elements to reconstruct the trajectory of these teachers during their participation in those contexts based on Narrative Analysis associated with another procedure coming from Sociology, which is the Sociological Portrait. To reconstruct the history of these teachers we took into account the concept of individual heritage of dispositions addressed by Bernard Lahire (2005), as well as the dimensions of professional development proposed by Barolli et al. (2017). Our results indicate that it is not enough to propose a context that follows the guidelines of the literature in the sense of not being guided, for example, only in the guidelines of a technical rationality, so that the subject develops professionally. Deep changes seem to require conditions that have been closely linked to the particularities of subjects and contexts.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen: Comprender las condiciones que pueden promover el desarrollo profesional docente es de extrema relevancia, sobre todo en la perspectiva de ofrecer subsidios para la planificaci&#243;n de contextos destinados a ese fin. En este trabajo tuvimos como objetivo investigar la trayectoria de dos profesores de F&#237;sica al interactuar con dos contextos formativos (Maestr&#237;a Profesional y Programa Institucional de Beca de Iniciaci&#243;n a la Docencia-PIBID) diferenciados en t&#233;rminos de exigencias y de posibilidades de desarrollo profesional docente. A trav&#233;s de entrevistas semiestructuradas, obtuvimos los elementos necesarios para reconstruir la trayectoria de esos profesores durante sus participaciones en aquellos contextos con base en un An&#225;lisis Narrativo, asociado a otro procedimiento proveniente de la Sociolog&#237;a, que es el Retrato Sociol&#243;gico. Para la reconstrucci&#243;n de la historia de estos profesores tomamos en consideraci&#243;n el concepto de patrimonios individuales de disposiciones abordado por Bernard Lahire (2005), as&#237; como las dimensiones de desarrollo profesional propuestas por Barolli et al. (2017). Nuestros resultados indican que no basta con proponer un contexto que sigue las orientaciones de la literatura en el sentido de no pautar, por ejemplo, s&#243;lo en las orientaciones de una racionalidad t&#233;cnica, para que el sujeto se desarrolle profesionalmente. Cambios profundos parecen requerir condiciones que se han mostrado estrechamente vinculadas a las particularidades de los sujetos y de los contextos.]]></p></abstract>
