Este estudio se centra en explorar el conocimiento matemático y tecnológico de futuros maestros de Educación Primaria, así como sus creencias, sobre el uso de la calculadora como herramienta educativa. Se emplea una metodología mixta con un cuestionario diseñado ad hoc (n=65) que permite conocer cuáles son sus creencias y autoconcepto alrededor del uso didáctico de la calculadora. Igualmente, se incluyen tareas que exigen movilizar el conocimiento tecnológico-matemático. Los resultados concluyen la necesidad de una capacitación más efectiva en el uso de la calculadora, que integre la formación didáctico-matemática con la tecnológica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Given the educational significance of using technological tools such as calculators in mathematics learning, it is essential that future teachers possess the necessary knowledge and skills to harness their potential. This study focuses on exploring the mathematical and technological knowledge of future primary education teachers, as well as their beliefs about the use of calculators as an educational tool. A mixed methodology is employed with a specially designed questionnaire (n=65) that helps to understand their beliefs and self-concept regarding the didactic use of calculators. Additionally, tasks that require the mobilization of technological-mathematical knowledge are included. The results highlight the need for more effective training in the use of calculators, integrating didactic-mathematical education with technological training.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo Dada a relevância didática do uso de recursos tecnológicos, como a calculadora no aprendizado da matemática, é fundamental que os futuros professores tenham os conhecimentos e competências necessárias para aproveitar seu potencial. Este estudo explora o conhecimento matemático e tecnológico de futuros professores de Educação Primária, bem como suas crenças sobre o uso da calculadora como ferramenta educativa. Utiliza-se uma metodologia mista com um questionário desenhado ad hoc (n=65) que permite conhecer quais são suas crenças e autoconceito em torno do uso didático da calculadora. Além disso, incluem-se tarefas que exigem mobilizar o conhecimento tecnológico-matemático.
