Foram analisados 12 documentos por meio da análise de conteúdo. Concluiu-se que a autoavaliação, embora preconizada na literatura e nas conceituações dos planejamentos estratégicos como um processo de autoanálise coletivo, de aprendizagem participativa, de investigação e de reflexão, pode ter sido induzida pela política de avaliação da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes) e corre o risco de se limitar, no interior dos programas, à transposição das políticas de re-regulação performativa.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This study aimed to analyze the strategic plans of Brazilian Graduate Programs in the field of Education, identifying the conceptions, actors, and regulatory processes involved in self-assessment, with the goal of problematizing the reconfigurations resulting from the culture of performativity. Twelve documents were analyzed using content analysis. It was concluded that self-assessment, although advocated in the literature and in the conceptualizations of strategic planning as a collective process of self-analysis, participatory learning, inquiry, and reflection, may have been driven by the evaluation policy of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and risks being reduced, within the programs, to the implementation of performative re-regulation policies.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar los planes estratégicos de los programas de posgrado brasileños vinculados al área de Educación, identificando las concepciones, los sujetos y los procesos de regulación contemplados en la autoevaluación, con el propósito de problematizar las reconfiguraciones derivadas de la cultura de la performatividad. Se analizaron doce documentos mediante análisis de contenido. Se concluyó que la autoevaluación, aunque defendida en la literatura y en las conceptualizaciones de la planificación estratégica como un proceso colectivo de autoanálisis, aprendizaje participativo, investigación y reflexión, puede haber sido inducida por la política de evaluación de la Coordinación de Perfeccionamiento de Personal de Nivel Superior (Capes) y corre el riesgo de limitarse, dentro de los programas, a la transposición de políticas de re-regulación performativa.]]></p></abstract>
